Terrible customer service. Arrived at 7:40pm, and they would not serve us because they close at 8pm. Usually when a place closes at a certain time, that’s when their kitchen closes, and they will seat and serve you until that time. Not this place. The hostess was rude and acted like it was outrageous that we would expect to served at 7:40.

The best tasty Mediterranean food you can have under this roof!! Very friendly people hosting it. We visited Sunday evening, and the lady welcomed us very warmly. We had Basha platter and kids menu. Amazing food !

Such friendly and efficient service. Felt so well taken care of and like we weren’t just another group of customers they had to serve. We had a larger group and kids but they were accommodating, helpful, and the food was AMAZINGGGG!!! So, so good. Good portion for a good price, and sooooo incredibly delicious. Had been craving some good, authentic Mediterranean and this hit the spot!! Everything we tried immediately was like “danggg that’s so good!!”

The food was absolutely amazing, and Samar is truly the best host! She suggested the rice pudding, which turned out to be absolutely fantastic. The warmth and care in her service made the experience even better. I’m so grateful for the wonderful time and will definitely visit again soon. Highly recommend.

Tried it for the first time and will never go there again! The service was okay but the food was not great at all. We ordered two different options from the menu and received the same item. It tasted the same and it did not live up to its name. We did not finish the meal and the guy who gave our check didn’t even acknowledge the fact that our plates were full and if there was an issue. While we didn’t finish the plates we still decided to pay for it as it is a business and a restaurant and people work. But it feels as if we were ripped off by them giving us the same plate while we ordered two different items off the menu. Restaurants are meant to serve food that elevates the palate and makes us want to come back but this restaurant just serves food to make money and not to bring back customers. Very disappointed and will never go again or recommend it to anyone. $50 wasted on terrible food!

I have been going to Basha with my family for over a decade and have always had a consistent wonderful meal each time. For the last 5 years, we all always ordered the chicken shawarma because nothing could top it. Today we went to order and noticed a significant change in price. With inflation as it has been that was surprising but we love the staff and it didn’t matter in order to support local and have wonderful food. When we got home we were all shocked at how unbelievably different their shawarma now is. It is simply bland grilled chicken when it used to be so bold and flavorful. Even the rice is different and the quality of the baklava is down.
I will say the new grilled vegetables on the side were great and I hope that they stay. Please bring back the previous shawarma that Basha is known for and let people know when you do. We will, very sadly, not be returning unless the old menu comes back.
