Went to eat at this establishment and the manager John refused to sit us saying “we don’t serve fags.” Will be contacting an attorney regarding this.
I come here often and they’ve always been pretty great. A manager recently approached me to let me know they changed management and asked us to review them to see how they’re dealing with the change. So far so good!
Vegetarian options: I can always find something good to get as a vegetarian here as well :).

If you're looking for a place to experience an American breakfast or brunch, look no further! Kaise was incredible. He was so patient, kind, and attentive, offering great recommendations and attention. The food was delicious and generously portioned!

Horrible service was told 5-10 minutes wait time with over 15 empty tables for a group of 2 and preceded to sit there for 45 min still wasn’t seated. The place was not clean at all, multiple parties showed up after us and still were seated prior to us still with plenty of seating

This is the first time I’ve been to big biscuits and maybe the last time too if it’s not fix. This business its self are scammers and loves to over charge you and not tell you that the toppings that goes on your meal are extra. I got coffee which was about $3 and some odd change and a Kansas City Omelette served with potato loaded with bell peppers, onion, and cheddar cheese which cost $15 an some odd change And I got charged for those toppings.
The menus didn’t say the topping cost extra.
some how I ended up spending total of $31 for one $15 meal and $3 coffee.
I spoke with the manager and he told me that he doesn’t make the menu and corporate are the one who makes the menu if that’s the case then corporate needs to fix this or I’m not coming back.

We won’t be back to this location (135th) - service was exceptionally slow with customers but not too busy and what appeared to be an abundance of staff.
