The food is always consistent the service is very good the staff is cordial and friendly. The menu offers a wide variety. Food prices are a little too high. that's the only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars across the board.

The food was so delicious!!! The waitress was good but had to be flagged over several times & wasn't offered water from the get go. Staff in the kitchen (waitresses were n there too) were extremely loud cussing, laughing & cutting up. I was setting next to the kitchen door. The ALAMO is delicious!!!

Parking: Handicap parking is very limited. Had to park up the way to get a handicap parking.

I normally have a good experience at Big Biscuit, but this visit wasn't very good. Our waitress must've been new as she had problems placing our order. We had a long wait for our food & my pancake order was wrong. Another long wait for the roght order & I wanted to cancel it but was told the manager was unavailable at the moment. Finally got the right order & we asked our waitress to comp it since it took so long. She did but wasn't happy about doing it. Again, I usually have a good experience at BB so not sure if this was an off day.

A friend and I were staying in a hotel just minutes from this restaurant. We were in town for a NASCAR Race. I love breakfast even for dinner. We arrived at there at 9 o'clock on Saturday morning and were seated quickly, lucky me. The restaurant got crowded so after that. Breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and fast. We loved it so much we came back Sunday morning for some more. We even had our same waiter who was awesome. If I am in Overland Park again this is where I be for breakfast.
