The food is always consistent the service is very good the staff is cordial and friendly. The menu offers a wide variety. Food prices are a little too high. that's the only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars across the board.
I normally have a good experience at Big Biscuit, but this visit wasn't very good. Our waitress must've been new as she had problems placing our order. We had a long wait for our food & my pancake order was wrong. Another long wait for the roght order & I wanted to cancel it but was told the manager was unavailable at the moment. Finally got the right order & we asked our waitress to comp it since it took so long. She did but wasn't happy about doing...
High energy, polite welcoming environment.
I can definitly say, even when you are short of time, this place will deliver fast aweome, delicious, hot breakfast.
