It’s my first time, I went this store. I ordered food through DoorDash, when I went there. First of all, food wasn’t ready even though I got text messages food is ready. The lady that was at the counter was high and she was super rude and lack of communication. 0/10. Food 9.5/10

The parking lot was packed, but we got right in and seated. The waiter was great and very attentive. The food was delicious, as usual. It's definitely our favorite Cheesecake Factory location in KC!

The first time I was here I ordered a Mexican plate of chicken enchiladas and none of it tasted right. Not like a Mexican restaurant. This time I had the small order of chicken taquitoes. And was So good.

I love Cheesecake Factory. I frequent this location a lot, ever since I was a young girl. Now, over the years, I feel service has kind of gone downhill. Our waitress came and checked on us a total of 2 times. She checked other tables more often but it’s alright. Her attitude was still kind and patient. I always get the chicken chipotle pasta. But their portions seemed to have decreased and prices seemed to have increased. The food is still great and my pasta was amazing but the portion was not it. The jambalaya pasta my friend had gotten, she said was bland and the noodles were overcooked and soggy. She barely had touched her food. Now the nachos were amazing. Freshly fried tortilla chips! For the price I wish chicken would have been included but instead for $2 more you can add protein. Overall, food was good. Price was expensive. Atmosphere and environment has been the same ever since I remembered. Service was alright. I always get their red velvet cheesecake. It is my go-to cheesecake. That was phenomenal.

Me and my friend ate here for our birthdays, and the food was great! We went during lunch and there was a bit of a wait but it wasn’t too bad!

A bit on the pricey side for sure but food and service are always amazing so I guess you get what you pay for.
Menu is enormous and always make it hard to choose, but I've never regretted my choice!

Stopped in to grab a to go meal with dessert. The food was good. The parking lot, restaurant, and workers were clean. The area is safe and handicapped accessible.

I made a reservation on their website. Seemless process. I even asked for a "cozy" seat if possible as it was a date night with my dad and wanted to be sure he was comfortable. The day of the reservation, my dad was running late, I called and said we'd be 15 minutes late (reservations are held for 10 minutes after scheduled time). Sole (sorry if I spelled that wrong) answered and said no problem as when I attempted to reschedule on line the soonest they had was 2+ hrs from my OG reservation. She said no worries and they would be sure to hold our spot. We got there, had a very cozy booth near the bar area and away from a lot of the chatter/noise that busy restaurants have. Ahi poke nachos- were SO GOOD and I'd say close to worth their value. Tiffany our waitress was very patient and attentive despite a very busy night. The Italian rigatoni pasta dish - noodles were under aldente, but they were kind enough to replace it with Tiffany's recommendation that I got the chicken bellagio. This was such, an incredible dish. Chicken lightly coated, amazing basil pesto with the arugula salad on top of a slice of prosciutto. The tiramasu cheesecake- let's just say "food gasm". Also got a side of their raspberry glaze to go along side the chocolate moose cheese I got to go. Very seedless process and excellent experience! Haven't been here in years, but treat yourself, friend, or family should be done everyone on while! Can't wait to go back, be sure to put in that reservation even if you dont think theyll be busy, i put mine in maybe 3 days before i planned on going and got a good time!!!!
