A great fast casual place to eat. Salads are huge and soups are delicious.

One of my go-to places to eat. The Garden of Eden salad is my favorite and the Classic Blue sandwich is also very delicious. The service is usually fast and there are usually a lot of people if you go during lunchtime, but not very noisy.

Good food. Wish they would list the prices on the menu. There are no prices anywhere. You have to ask ?

It's been a while since I've had a chance to eat at The Mixx. I ordered my favorites - a salmon BLT and a Garden of Eden salad. Both were delicious! My only complaint is that the signs say "Order sandwiches here" but no one is there. I finally walked across the restaurant to where orders are picked up and was able to order there. A sign directing one there would have been helpful, or perhaps one of the two people standing there could have beckoned us over. Other than that, it was a very satisfying experience.

Busy, confusing, but good. Order sandwiches to the NW, salad in the middle and baked goods to the South. It has a clean feel and upscale although I think it's a cafeteria, really. Lots of choices, especially if you're brave enough to salad. I got the pretzel chicken sando. Tasty with a small kick. T got Baja Bowl. She held the jalapeño. She enjoyed it. The weird set up is my only complaint.

It was busy and crowded. Menu is a bit overwhelming. Lots of choices though. Tea was out most of the time we were

The way they set up ordering is stupid. They have a sign that says "Order Here" buy that area isn't unattended. Then you proceed to another area to order but once you wait and tell them what you want depending in what you want you may have to go to a 3rd area to order. It's completely stupid and then your order comes out one thing at a time and they have some drinks at one part of the place and other drinks across the other side of the place. It's a completely mess. The food is decent though.

Lunch with my 9 year old son. He tried a Hawaiin Poke bowl and loved it. He said the flavors blended together deliciously. My Cobb salad was great, not as exciting as his food though.

I ordered the fall seasonal sandwich, the Chicken Apple Brie Sandwich served with Sweet Potato Fries. The fries with the curry dip were fantastic of course, and the cranberry chutney and baked apples on the sandwich were good. But I found the chicken to be a bit dry. Overall, it was a good experience.

A solid place for lunch if you're looking for a nice patio! The half sandwich half soup combo is the way to go - love the pretzel sandwich with portobello mushroom! Friendly service and good food, though I probably wouldn't get the veggie wrap again as it was extremely soggy. Still a very healthy and tasty option in Leawood which I'm always grateful for!

The Thai salad with salmon is good but with sirarcha on top is better. The spicy balances out the sweet chili sauce that tops the salmon. The bread is good, but dry! For example, 4 pats of butter to swallow is needed.

Ordered a fried fish sandwich. Wasn't breaded, nor fried. No seasoning. Tartar sauce has no pickles, salt, or lemon juice. Pasta salad wasn't dressed. Essentially a flavorless $16 sandwich. Pleasant service and nice atmosphere. Will definitely not be returning.

When it comes to bang for the buck, in my opinion, it just isn't there with the Mixx. Went there for the first time yesterday, and I was really not impressed with the food vs. what I paid for 3 people (over $80 for 3 salads, a bowl of soup, and 3 drinks). The salads are OK, at best. The bread provided with the food was extremely dry; definitely not fresh. Chicken tortilla soup was extremely blah and average. No garnish or anything special to it.Atmosphere is extremely nice. Service was fine. However, very average food. Not worth it.
