The managers stopped me and my friends as we were waiting to exit, my friend had been holding a drink for another friend that went to the bathroom, the managers walked past then turned around to try to stir up an issue. They let us know someone was getting fired and tried to place the blame on the group, and guilt tripped us about it saying my friend who was underage was drinking then proceeded to take the drink that our 21+ friend had purchased for their own consumption and told us we had to leave! Very unprofessional and very unwelcoming management. If you’re looking for a great top golf location, this is NOT THE ONE!

We really enjoy Top Golf, but I am forever exasperated by the set up time. Between waiting for bay, getting kids clubs, left handed clubs, and signing people in, we lost 15min of our total time... paying for nothing. If you pay premium to prebook a bay then there should be an option to have kid and left handed clubs readily available.

Our family has enjoyed Topgolf for years, but our recent experiences have been disappointing, particularly due to Ray at the front desk. Unfortunately, he seems to go out of his way to be unhelpful and unfriendly. His attitude is not just inconsiderate; it often feels downright mean.
Ray's negative demeanor and slow responses have made our visits frustrating. I’ve never encountered such poor customer service at Topgolf until he was our greeter. When I asked questions, he often appeared clueless and dismissive, requiring a manager to step in to provide the assistance we needed.
It's disheartening to see such a wonderful place tarnished by one individual's behavior.

Me and my husband had a good time enjoying the golf stuff and food. The only issue we had was the lack of communication between the reservation system, staff, and customers. It was a 2 hour wait that turned into a 4 hour wait. We didn't know what to expect with this being our first time. We were compensated for the inconvenience which is appreciated, but the fact we waited more than we were told, weren't informed of any changes, and weren't able to call anyone made the experience very frustrating.

Baybee! The food in this place is soooooooo good y'all. The burgers. The mac n cheese bites. The COBBBBB y'all. The tots & crunchy crispy fries. The burgers were cooked purrrrfectly. THE PICKLES! The chicken sammy was seasoned so well.
Our family went to golf but the FOOD was the star this visit. The service was extremely lacking for 2:30pm on a Saturday, half empty restaurant, with a reservation. It took forever to place an order then forever to receive any food! It was supposed to be a birthday celebration but nothing was prepared nor presented for purchase for a birthday. That was super disappointing for a 61st celebration. That took the wind from our sails.
The atmosphere is great and the staff is helpful. We also noticed how accommodating the staff was for folks around us who were disabled which makes us want to return again! Our experience golfing was exponentially better than our experience at the restaurant. After making a reservation we had a one and a half hour wait which was fine for us. They suggested the restaurant. We decided to have dinner before golfing. For a half full restaurant our food arrived within 18 minutes prior to the call that our bay was available. Our apps and entrees were delivered at the same time. We didn't like that. Our drink order from the bar was severely delayed and came about 10 minutes before the windfall of food. That didn't allow us a 2nd round at our celebration.
The golfing was wonderful but it went way too fast while having so much fun! We had a time we designated for our party to party for the birthday but the food & reservation delay consumed an enormous amount of that time so we had to pivot and cut short our golfing time.
The "games" on the kiosk are annoyingly distracting to navigate, dominate the screen and we just wanted to hit and see how far. Thankfully there was an employee to assist with a smile! We really appreciate the help we received but this visit wasn't as expected. We had been here before and always had a stellar experience but not this birthday. Pity. Thank you very much.
Went with a company party. The food was all fried but great for the guys and kids. Drinks were big and lots of creative/fun options for mixed drinks. Everyone had a good time and servers were attentive!
We come here every year for a Christmas party. We have never had an issue. This time Matthew was our server and he cut me off after 2 drink. I ordered 3 but the second one was not what I ordered so I did not drink it.
We had dinner. So I had 2 drinks and dinner... amlnd Mattyew cut our whole group off. He said we can only have one drink an hour. The manager, Lexi, came over and let us know that was the top golf policy.
We have a group of 30 plus.... and they cut everyone off and gave us a 20 minute wait till we could order again.
I could have definitely passed a breathalyzer after eating our catered mean and drinking my two drinks.
Do not do a company party there. We had an unlimited tab and literally all 30 plus of us were constantly watching the clock to know if we could order a drink. Than you lexi and Matthew.

Fun time, it was so cold out but warmed by their heaters. The buffet was tasty. The chicken was great, and the charcuterie board was awesome. The server was so friendly and prompt, and such a good sport!

Top Golf in Overland park continues to show they don’t care about wildlife, as they have over 10 turtles held captive in a small tank with parasites taking over in the maintenance shop on the first floor!
