The smoothie was not bad but was not to my liking. I ordered the island detox dream smoothie and it tasted chalky and the flavors didn't mesh well.

This location helped me get everything settled after DoorDash didn't bring my food TWICE!
DO NOT order DoorDash from this location as it will only ruin the good experience that Tropical Smoothie will provide.

I ordered the Cali Breakfast Flatbread and it did not come with the avocado and chipotle sauce like it said it was supposed to. This is outrageous. Waited over 10 mins in the drive thru and didn’t even get the thing I ordered correctly.

Went here on my lunch break as a smoothie sounded good to help my sore throat. It didn’t look very busy, the drive through was a little full, but inside was just me a couple other ladies. My entire presence was ignored as I stood there for 5 minutes at the cash register waiting to be served. I even expressed to the gal working I had not been helped, she mumbled something and went back to her work of helping customers in the drive through and ignoring me. Yeah, probably not going to come back! They advertise smoothies but they don’t even serve customers in their lobby. My time was wasted!

Horrible service Door dash dropped order and it was short an item, called to let them know I was told they aren’t door dash and I could drive up and they will make it. I arrived to pick up what I not only purchased but paid for to be delivered and was ignored for 5min while 3 people never turned around to help me I even said excuse and the gentleman making sandwiches looked up and then continued to make the sandwiches stood there for another 2 min then let empty handed, waisted money and typed this review… Not a Fan!

Used to be great now they suck! I ordered a large smoothie, and after a long wait I asked them why they gave me two kid size small smoothies. It's because they didn't have any more large cups apparently! If I could give no stars I would, avoid this place! Don't ask me to waste my time filling out a form about the problems you already know about.

We LOVE Tropical Smoothie in our hometown but we were very displeased with the service we received at this location. Order process was very slow and painful. Mistakes were made. Sandwiches were slow to be made and not all were cut or made properly. Smoothies were not fully blended. The prompt service we normally receive tool well more than 2x as long. Overall food was good. Employees need to be properly trained and managed. Obviously there is a lack of leadership. Based on other negative reviews the only response will be to visit the website and complete the contact form. I’m not interested in further investing my time to solve YOUR issues. Spend your TIME properly training staff. I’ve already spent too much time waiting for food and writing this review.
