I have waited an hour before in the drive thru... currently in it today thought I would give it a chance seeing there was only one car ahead... you guys I have been sitting in the drive thru for over thirty minutes. My toddler in the back seat losing his mind. They need a better system it should not take this long. I don't get it, they need to have someone working on drive thru orders or something. They definitely need more staff. This is my last time coming here so fed up. Faster to just go into the grocery store across the street and order a smoothie from the place inside.

We LOVE Tropical Smoothie in our hometown but we were very displeased with the service we received at this location. Order process was very slow and painful. Mistakes were made. Sandwiches were slow to be made and not all were cut or made properly. Smoothies were not fully blended. The prompt service we normally receive tool well more than 2x as long. Overall food was good. Employees need to be properly trained and managed. Obviously there is a lack of leadership. Based on other negative reviews the only response will be to visit the website and complete the contact form. I’m not interested in further investing my time to solve YOUR issues. Spend your TIME properly training staff. I’ve already spent too much time waiting for food and writing this review.

All I can say is so disappointing…..my daughter and I sat in the drive through NO OTHER CARS and nobody in the store… waited in the drive through for 20 minutes nobody ever came on to take our order… tried calling to make sure they were open and all the employees were inside messing around and didn’t even acknowledge me when we drove by the window to finally leave. The service here is actually horrible. Never coming back.

My children and I used to always go this store, almost three times a week. Unfortunately, their service quality has significantly declined in recent months. I’m unsure about the cause, but the staff no longer seems welcoming – they answer questions sarcastically, and the service has become painfully slow. The most frustrating aspect is their insistence on receiving tips. As a result, we will be exploring other stores in the future.PLEASE don’t ask me to go to your website. Because I did and it doesn’t work.P.S., I kindly request that you reconsider having a tip option on your machine until your staff is better trained in providing exemplary customer service

one of the worst places i've been. understaffed- only 2 people working. The 2 people working argued the whole time and made everyone uncomfortable. I waited OVER AN HOUR for one smoothie and one flatbread. The drive through was packed with angry people waiting just as long. many people came and left because it was taking so long. The guy in front of me waited 2 HOURS on an online pick up order. He wanted a refund and just to leave but neither employee knew how to do that. I was late to work because of this wait. They also still got my order wrong. I repeated no tomato multiple times because i'm allergic and they still added it. I didn't have time to wait another hour for a knew one so i just didn't have lunch. Didn't get an apology or anything and the employees, despite all this, acting like nothing was wrong and slowly moved through orders without a care. total unorganized mess.

This place is fantastic! I work for doordash and I do deliveries and not only are the staff very knowledgeable and well-trained and completely customer oriented they helped me when I couldn't even get help from doordash it was so nice to be treated so nicely. There were two girls and they're actually three girls working but two younger girls that were working the front and one a little bit older lady that was working more in the back but the two girls that I'm talking about that deserve Kudos from the owner I wish I could remember their names but I've been so busy tonight with orders from doordash I cannot remember their names but it is Monday Labor Day weekend 2023

To the staff working on Saturday morning, 7/8, WELL DONE!!! My son’s turkey wrap has never been so well prepared. Stringy, warm cheese as opposed to shredded cheese that barely looks cooked. And my Supergreen Salad, DELICIOUS! Props to the chef who cut up my chicken and it was WARM! We both loved it, thank you!!!!

Love this place. The smoothies are light, fresh, and a nice portion compared to competitors. I was a little confused where to get my pick up order but the guy behind the counter was so nice!

Notching this down after my recent experience. I got handed a card reader out the window to add a pre-programmed 20% service tip. At the drive thru. No.Terrible turn off. Pay the employees equitably. There’s no service occurring at a drive thru window. The audacity - this practice is so tacky and greedy.
