I ordered a bowl and they barely gave me anything in the bowl. I tried to call and nobody will answer. Ridiculous service

Usually not one to complain but half the time I order delivery they forget to give the driver some of my items and then I have to go get it myself after spending the extra money for delivery

Had placed a mobile delivery order earlier today, never delivered. I know it’s not this store’s fault but their company policy says to contact the specific location for refund. Attempt to call multiple times but only listed phone number has short info and then goes to vm. Hoping a negative review will get attention since no other means of contacting for a refund.
Love this place. Staff is extremely kind and happy to be at work. Food is healthy, inexpensive and incredibly good. Haven’t had anything I don’t like.

I ordered an acai bowl to bring to a friend online. It was made wrong. I checked before I left. The manager (rainbow hair) was extremely rude. She wanted me to pay for it even though it was done wrong.

Their machines declined my card when my bank account is showing enough balance. I called my bank and they said they didn't see a transaction from tropical smoothie and no reason for the decline. I don't have energy to go back in and argue or use my credit card. Won't be coming back.
The food was good and the staff was helpful. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and a Beach Bum Smoothie with White Chocolate.
The aupergreen Cesar wrap and the jalapeño corn where out of this world!!! Will definitely be going back again!!
