I use really like the parfait and smoothies. I don’t know if they’re cutting corners but the fruit isn’t as fresh as it used to be.

Love the smoothies. A bit higher priced than I like, example watermelon special seasonal is about $8 as I recall. Very tastie 🤓

It's a bit pricey for the food and smoothies, but for a chain restaurant, we had a good experience. I could see how if it was busier, the wait could be longer. They don't have a lot of people working.

Food always taste good and the people are very nice here. This location beats the prairie village one by a milestone. Must be the management I’d assume.

The flatbread is to die for! I've started dining here more frequently, and it is always such a pleasant experience. The servers are kind, though it takes a minute or so to catch their attention, and the food and drinks are delicious!! Would definitely recommend to fellow smoothie lovers.

I stood in line for 12 minutes and Noone even looked my way. Plus it smells like trash in here. Still in line

Hello Tropical Smoothie Cafe ☕️

On a fine afternoon we were so thirsty and sun is hitting us like anything and our throat is asking for a very nice cold chilly drink or any shake.

We were trying to explore as much as we can, but we got to stop by tropical smoothie Café.

We went inside and the place was very nice and calm. Nobody in the cafe, their team and their interiors are very pleasant. We can work for sometime if you want to.

Now talking about the smoothies, they’re not as great as we expected

We ordered Bahama Mama ?it was worse, I don’t recommend this place if you are a smoothie lover like me.

— The way you make shakes should be improved a lot.

— Make sure you don’t add lot of ice in the smoothie and make it a pop soda.

— Overall there is a lot of scope for you to improve.

Went in at 7:00 place closes at 8:00. Went to order and Jack took our order, (I believe since that's the name the sticker had) he was rude while taking our order. Our smoothie came out clumpy and the burrito I ordered was terrible, its wasn't put together very well. It literally had 6 beans on there. For reference i ordered the hummus veggie one. I had to ask for more beans. He was rude when handing us the food. He was mad that people kept ordering since he felt like it was closing time. He said out loud "why do people keep ordering. I just want to close." If he was having a hard day he shouldn't be taking it out on people.
