Twice I have made an online order for this store and paid only to arrive and find the open sign on, store dark and locked up. This last time it's a week later and I still haven't gotten my refund. The last 2 times I ordered there (I've tried to give them every chance) my breakfast wrap was the wrong one. Very poor service and calls to the store for a refund haven't done any good so it's starting to feel like a scam. Beware.

Pros:--Smoothies are really good.--They give you generous servings at a reasonable price.Cons:--customer service is terrible in terms of manners. They don't greet you, even when you walk up to them. They don't say "You're welcome" when you say "Thank you". Some don't even talk at all during the transaction, making it awkward.--the men's bathroom is disgusting. Urine stains on the toilet seat and walls. Even the trash can looks dirty somehow. A deep cleaning is necessary.

Ordered one smoothie on the app for a 3 o'clock pick up time. When I arrived, at 2:55, we were 7th on the list to be made. After waiting until 3:10 I watched the employee mark my smoothie as made on the machine. Waited for 5 minutes just to go to the manager and the employee never made the smoothie. Didn't leave the store until 3:22 with my smoothie. Very not pleased with my visit.

I came in late in the evening and the staff was less than kind. Other than taking our order they didn’t speak one word to us. No greeting, no thank you, not even a single word when our order was ready. The food and smoothies were amazing as usual but I’ll stick to the daytime staff.

I probably spend $200 a month on smoothies here. I love them - very reasonable price compared to competitors. Service is definitely slow but I don't blame them most seem to be in high school and I doubt wages has kept up with inflation. Download the app and order ahead if in a hurry !

No one moving with any sense of urgency even though there are 7 orders on the smoothie screen. Need to pay people more to get better workers. This location is sad compared to the one in Lee’s Summit. 20 minutes to get 2 smoothies is ludicrous while 2 people are in the back talking & 2 are making sandwiches & smoothies.

Won’t be back. I waited patiently while customer after customer received their items before me. I went back up to ask, wasn’t upset as tickets get lost, people get busy, but I was needing to leave soon for an appt and I’d already waited 20 minutes. The response was immediately rude and repeated “well do you still want it? Do you still want it????” Why would I pay and wait for something I do not want? I wouldn’t. Not again.
Smoothie was good, but service was poor. Really it was more one person was working her tail off and the other two were in no hurry. While waiting I watched one of the workers put on her gloves for 2 whole minutes… in no rush at all, while the other girl was running around like crazy ringing up customers and making smoothies all at the same time.One kids sized smoothie took 20 mins. And there wasn’t a full restaurant at all.

Slow service. Smoothies are mostly ice with very little flavor and any flavor at all is overshadowed by ice. Got beach bum and pb cup. Just not a good experience. Save your money and go to smoothie king.

Quick service food done right. Every single fast food place in the country should be serving food like this. It's healthy, it's fresh, it's reasonably priced, they have great variety - what more could you ask for? I recently tried the strawberry balsamic chicken flatbread special and it was super tasty! Grilled chicken, spinach, mozzarella, and avocado with a lovely strawberry balsamic sauce, it's not to be missed. This is my go-to quick bite place!
