I personally love this place, the food has been amazing for years, I come by any chance I can. It is some of the best food for its price. The food is made fast as well. Something worth noting, I normally eat 2-3 of the options. So, my bill personally will most likely be a little higher than others will be.
Food is quite good in the atmosphere is fine. But don't go for twisted fresh if you are in a hurry. They do make everything fresh and it takes a while so this is not fast food.

Good first impression. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the young man behind the counter. I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap and the mahi mahi tacos. I thought the tacos were great, although I wanted there to be more fish on them, lol. The Buffalo chicken wrap left a little to be desired, but wasn't terrible. I'll definitely go back to see if there's anything else on the menu that I like!

I went there this afternoon, Saturday, at about 2pm. Parking everywhere so I got to park directly in front of the restaurant. I walked in and there were about 4 other customers either eating or waiting for their food. We were instantly greeted by the 2 gentleman working. They were very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be assisting me. I asked if they had a menu nutrition guide which the employee said that they didn't have one/didn't know where it would be. With the general public's focus on calories, macros, and I would assume allergies, I was surprised that they didn't have any knowledge about where it would be/ or if they had one at all .
I had been to the Twisted Fresh location on 135th street about 4 years ago and remember the food being excellent. I was excited to try it again. After I had placed my order. the customers behind me remarked they were surprised that their food came out so fast. It was so speedy they didn't even get a chance to fill up their drinks. My food came out extremely fast within 5 minutes.
I ordered the Baja Shrimp Burrito and it was okay. I ate about 1/4 of it and wasn't super impressed. It seemed like it was missing something like a sauce. I don't think the pineapple salsa and cilantro lime sauce was cutting it. For $10.50, I received the burrito without any sides.
If I do go next time, I think I would try the tacos. I might have better luck with those.

My hamburger tonight was RAW. I had specifically told the guy taking my order that I wanted my hamburger completely cooked through. When I got home with our order I was horrified to discover my hamburger was lightly suntanned at best, the majority of it being completely RAW!!! The blood had soaked through the bun making it completely inedible. So disgusting, unsanitary, and unhealthy. Shame on you, Twisted Fresh!!!

Slow, slow, slow and they don’t care. The food isn’t bad, but the service is terrible. I waited 30 minutes for shrimp tacos.
My only one complaint would be that it was freezing in the restaurant. But I get it, it's hot by that griddle. GREAT food. We will definitely come back.
