They are very unsanitary. The cooks went to the bathroom with their aprons on and didn’t change them. Anyone who has ever worked in food service knows this is a huge violation and incredibly unsanitary. I saw and notified the manager who didn’t care, and didn’t ask the cook to even change their apron. He himself had black dirty under all of his nails which is disgusting. Felt safer not eating there and decided to leave. Horrible food service conditions and horrible customer service. Do not eat here unless you want a possible side of EColi with your food - disgusting.

Terrible portion size on the tacos. They didn't fill the shell up to the top. They dont have guacamole. The "street corn" doesn't deserve the name street corn at all. For one, it was COLD. Secondly, there was no cheese on the top either. The person at the counter was completely unanimated, and it seemed like he was a robot.

Take my name for my order, put the food out and leave it there. Didn’t hear them call our name, couldn’t see the food. Finally realized it was ready and it’s like warm, my burrito was cold apart from like warm shrimp, more like a wrap. Service is piss poor, food is nothing special. Hard pass!

Worst experience at a Twisted by far! I've been to several different Twisted and they've always been fairly quick with the order. Today's experience was not so much. I get that the store was busy, but I waited 40+ minutes for my three item order. That is absolutely absurd and not so much as an I'm sorry for the wait or a warning when ordering that orders will take an extended time to fill. Very disappointing.

I usually love twisted fresh but the last experience was awful. We were in a hurry so we tried to order online and it said they weren’t accepting online orders. Then we called and no answer. We drove there and placed our order and waited 20 minutes (it was not busy). Someone asked what we were waiting for and then we pieced together that our ticket was lost. No explanation was given and we asked if they had started the order and they had not. We asked for a refund and left. There was no effort to correct the situation or explanation.
