Amazing place to stop for any type of frozen custard. Last visit was a hot fudge sundae and dirt and worms. Twisters is great every time.

So freaking good! So many flavor options to choose from, it’s kind of overwhelming! But in the best way. The staff is very kind and the service is so quick! Absolutely recommend stopping by. Such a great place for a sweet treat!

Always friendly staff and they have a consistent menu. They always get my order right which is great because a lot of times I'll do substitutions. Sometimes the ice cream is melty but I think that's luck based/how many people are ordering and cycling the machine.

I highly recommend anything with fruit. I got the raspberry truffle sundae, chocolate ice cream.

I ordered a Sunday called “Chocolate Strawberries”, and I was given a chocolate ice cream with strawberries in it. I understand the miscommunication, however the staff were extremely rude about the situation. The frustration was plainly obvious, and they communicated how the mistake was completely my fault. They did not want to give us what we asked for, but I was persistent and after watching the guy throw my ice cream around annoyed, we got it. Again, the miscommunication was understood from our end, but that understanding was NOT reciprocated.

My husband and daughter went through the drive through at 6pm my order was ice cream with Heath and when I got it it was just the ice cream only. When I called to ask them if he was charged for the concrete I was told the shift that works from 3 to 6 was already gone. I said that’s not what I asked. I asked if I was charged and she said I could come back and they would fix it but that is not the point that is not the question that I asked people don’t wanna come back and have stuff fixed. I finally just hung up the phone because she was just talking and making excuses and not addressing the question that I was asking. Customer service needs to be improved.

Awful customer service. No way to contact owner/manager. Whomever is in charge needs to get in the game.

We went there after we went to a softball game. There is a window to order at and a drive thru. They have lots of different combonations for ice cream. The Chocolate Shake and the 2 scoops of Chocoloate on a wafer cone tasted great. The place was very clean and the employees were nice.
