Three orders, three misses. I ordered a large Dough Boy but got a small cup and was charged the big one. The other two orders were chocolate caramel brownie with some pecans, but instead, we got all pecan with no brownie. They gave caramel sauce sparingly like rations from the war. Luckily, I didn't die from cross-contamination, or else there'd be a bazillion bad reviews and a career-crushing lawsuit. I WANT MY MONEY AND I WANT IT NOW!!!!Dietary restrictions: Nuts
We stopped in for our first time and ordered Hot fudge sundae. The ice cream taste bland. Suggest you use better quality creamer in the future. The Hot fudge didn't taste chocolate fudge. Again very bland. Very disappointing ?

My family waited in the drive thru from 8 pm till 815 on a Friday night with only one car in front of us, no one taking their order. The only way we got out was because the two people that pulled up behind me reversed out so I could do the same. As we left with just the one car in line, I could see the three employees inside doing nothing. No customers inside and the drive thru just waiting on nothing. So disappointing.

The ice cream was amazing! I got the pumpkin pie twister. The best part we’re the employees though. The employee who toke my order, their name was Olivia. She was an absolutely amazing employee!!Would recommend for anyone looking for some ice cream in Overland Park.
