Great 1st Experience, tried 3 ? . not cheap but good portions in the tacos.. Im happy it's connected to Sheridan's Ice cream which is a Favorite by it self .lol.. Honey Limeade is delicious also..
The problems are all managerial. The website and in-restaurant menus offer alcoholic beverages, but this location doesn't have a liquor license. The stall doors in the women's bathroom are warped and don't closenor latch. The food is bland. You can tell the staff are working hard to keep the dining room clean, and the decor is trendy. But the food doesn't deliver to make up for the other shortcomings. An improved menu could help, but there are marketing and facility issues the management needs to fix.
*Edit* I'm really impressed with how fast their management responded about my review. I will try them again and update my review accordingly.

I needed more than just tobacco as a hot sauce and lettuce and cheesefor my taco. The burger was a solid 8. Meat was tender. Taco just seemed a little bland

It was such a cute place! Got lavender lemonade and a salad, pretty good. I like the vibe. For some reason the cashier lady told us they didn’t have a alcohol license?Eccentric bathroom. They need to get vegan cheese.
I love this place and was thrilled when they reopened. The Akaushi burger is a guilty pleasure and the chips with UNcool sauce is my absolute favorite side.

I want to love this place. The location is great. The service was perfect and the atmosphere has a nice vibe, but the food was not good. Every item we ordered had major issues. The custard was delicious, though. That is why the only reason I gave a three star.

Second time getting take out from here. The food itself is very good and they have nice gluten free options. However, both times we have gone here, the service was absolutely terrible. I just waited 45 MINUTES in the drive thru. Not one person apologized for the delayed food or anything. This is absolutely unacceptable and they should definitely not have a drive thru.
