Twice now we have ordered online only to show up to pickup our pizza and they haven’t even started our order. They seem to pause DoorDash delivery orders during peek ordering times, but don’t understand their online ordering for pickup is also through DoorDash. If you are ordering during a potentially busy time, call or walk in. They won’t fill your online order.

I grew up eating Waldo pizza in the original location and we frequently order take out from the location in Bluhawk, inside Cosentino’s. While they only offer a limited menu, I’m glad to have this option out South! My kids love the cheeseburger pizza on thin crust and the ranch dressing. I wish there was a full-service Waldo Pizza restaurant out this way, but am glad to have this option. The pizza is always great and the staff is always friendly.

Very disappointed!!! They don’t have their own online ordering system. They have a list of vendors they use to provide the online ordering service for pick up and delivery. I chose Door Dash, placed my order, and waited the estimated time to get my order. They couldn’t find my order Sunday 3/2/25 around 6:30 PM. The woman making pizzas said they decided to turn the Door Dash system off because the light was constantly flashing. However that doesn’t disable the ability for a customer to order.
The place was a mess like they had a food fight. Two of the employees were simply going in circles pretending to be busy. They were asking each other for customer names associated with pizzas that were sitting around on the counters and they said I don’t know several times. Several other people were waiting nearby for their orders. One of them left upset before me. This visit is my last. I still have a pending Door Dash charge on my card three days later. Waldo and Door Dash do not have an option to cancel an order. Cosentino's needs to terminate their contract with Waldo and replace them with someone that understands how to manage a business and satisfy customers.

We did the express delivery via Uber Eats. We aren’t sure what kind of pizza they sent us, but it’s definitely not the Waldo recipe. Bland, seems like salt was missing in the dough, and all the ingredients tasted subpar compared to what we are used to from Waldo. We’ve eaten at the original Waldo location for over 20 years, and the pizza has never tasted like this. Different cheese, different beef (seasoning was off), and even the sauce tastes different. We aren’t sure what happened, but we will not be ordering from this location again. I’ll drive over to the original location to do pick up before I do that. I did call the main Waldo location about the express location, and they said the recipes should be the same, but they are definitely not.

This place is a sign of the times. Bad service. Bad food . Lots of disappointment. Spent a ridiculous amount of time sitting . First waiting for a table , then waiting for a drink, then waiting for my food. Server was busy seems like I was completely invisible. Should have brought my red stapler with me. Oh and served me the wrong beer.

Was very glad to see that one of our favorite pizza places from living in the city was now in Overland Park. We really do enjoy their Margarita Pizza and choice cut. Tastes just like the waldo location.

We order here frequently and have never had a bad experience or undercooked pizza. The staff is always very friendly and the pizza is always ready to be picked up at the given time. If you are considering trying it, you should. People will always find something to complain about and can't wait to post it in a review. Their pizza is great.

Got there 750. Waited my turn ordered pizza. Took out the money to pay. The dude behind the counter said oh it's after 8 we're closed. Why didn't you tell me that before I ordered?

Raw mushy dough. This is the second time. It looks like it's cooked on top and the edges, but 1 inch in is raw. And it has a sour smell? I'm done with Waldo pizza. Just went in the trash.

Completely different product than the Waldo restaurant. Not bad, but certainly not the best pizza in Kansas City. Probably won't get it again.

Located in the Bluhawk Cosentino's, it's just as good as the original, but with better parking, albeit limited weekday hours (late afternoons and evenings). You can eat in if you really want to, but this place is more designed with takeout in mind.

Vegetarian options: Full vegan menu available. With both, they do warn that some stricter practices of avoiding cross-contamination may be difficult to implement at this location.
