Breakfast sandwiches were not made as ordered. Gal at window didn't act like she knew what she was doing. We like Wendy's but will never return to this location.
Good food, reasonable prices, good service, clean
I went to Wendy's for breakfast, but the food tasted like it was expired a week ago. I've had the same breakfast many times before, but this time, it was as hard as cardboard. I don’t know if the good food is reserved for someone else, but my experience was bad.

This particular store needs to be shut down. They never ever give me fresh food when I go there.

I have never Felt obligated to leave a review warning the general population about food coming from a restaurant in my area until now. My husband and I had just both worked 10 to 12 hour shifts and opposed to cooking we decided to go to our local Wendy’s. I opted for "Wendy's Saucy Nuggs" in a 10-piece opting for the Garlic Parm. Of all meats chicken should NEVER be served warm, let alone room temperature like mine was. I discovered the cold chicken and its sauce was to be so cold it had become semi-gelatinous and overstated I couldn’t even eat it. Fries are also pretty hard to screw up, but my assumption would be they sat out for over an hour, so both of our fries with our combos were muck.
The reason I am posting this review is to encourage patrons moving forward to make sure you get your receipt as ours did not come in our bag inside or out, yes, we look thoroughly even in the napkins, so now other than a timestamp from my card we don’t have anything to fall back on. I want to point out. This is the first negative review I have ever given a restaurant after living in the Kansas City area for almost 40 years. It really takes a truly awful dining experience for me to even mention something to a waiter/waitress.
My spouse and I are both on a tight budget trying to pay off student debt so it’s a rare occurrence that we even get the opportunity to eat out. We just wanted to get food and spend some time with each other which was unfortunately not possible because of the food being so awful.

They literally just gave my 4 year old daughter spicy chicken nuggets in her kids meal. Plus forgetting a whole drink with a totally different meal, and no sauce for my sons nuggets. I really wouldn’t care if it was just me. I work at the dealership right next door, it’s a Saturday and i decided to bring my family to them… never again. Btw my children are 4 and 7, both autistic. If you don’t know about autism here is just one fact, they tend to be very particular on or with anything. Currently on the way to a different Wendys to get regular chicken nuggets 😃
Staff is not friendly at all. No personality. So many employees and they all sit around and look at you like you are inconvenience them. No smiles. No greet, just order takers they don't like there job.

Yesterday I went to eat there, this restaurant is one of my favorites ... but there are several times that I have had bad experiences. Yesterday there were 2 guys and a girl, apparently she was the manager and they saw me and no one said hello to me ... I waited for 10 minutes at the cashier and no one helped me, they just looked at me. I waited for someone to help me but no one did. I told my wife, let's go ... we went to another Wendy's on Roe Ave.. and when we arrived they greeted us and helped us. I told them about what happened to me and they told me they were very sorry.. now I don't know if I will return to this restaurant.

Very uneven experience of this restaurant. A lot of the time the lights are off when they shouldn't be, and when they're on seems like there's always something to burn out parking lot is very dimly lit at night. Last time I came through drive-thru he said they were very short staff which I understood took me 20 minutes to get to the drive-through and I was stuck I couldn't get out. What I did make it through my order was jacked up. Wrong drink, no sauces for my nuggets,no napkins. I usually try to go in mid afternoon before it gets too busy but then I get cold fries...it's not a good trade-off... If a store is that short staffed I would imagine that some management or district managers or somebody should be called in to help out because that was ridiculous. I saw four cars in line well behind me that just gave up and left.

I LOVE their crispy chicken sandwich! It is my go to sandwich on the road. Their cookie is delicious and I can’t wait to eat here again.
