They staff prioritizes cars vs walk in. Sebastián told us that cars were more important. We ended up walking out after they served 5 cars and we waited 14 and a half minutes with no order taken. He even told us when we walked in that he would be right back so he knew were there.

This place has its ups and downs. The food is consistently good for a Wendys. The staff range between really competent people who can deliver good service, and folks who just don't care. Occasionally, you will get stuck at the front counter waiting to put an order in. Most of the time it is a totally normal and acceptable fast food experience.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Never in my life have I been told if we don’t hurry up we will have to go inside and order. We couldn’t have been looking at the menu more than 60 SECONDS and there was no one else in line. And of course they also messed our order up. I haven’t had Wendy’s in years and I will not be back.

Cold hard nuggets, didn't give all of order, and no toy in my 2 kids meals without telling me until I went back that hey were out of toys. Not something my kids want to hear. Salad was only good thing

My only complaint was the strawberry lemonade which I my favorite drink. For the first time its taste was off. Not sure it they changed brands or if someone just made it wrong. But it was horrible
I usually do drive thru so I can't speak for inside. One car in line so food s fast but barely warm and unless wendys changed it's drink formula I swear they mess it up every time. I order a chocolate frosticinno but always tastes nasty like caramel.

If you want to keep your weight down, this is the place to eat because there's a very good chance you'll throw it up later. Be sure to try the twice-cooked fries for a faster in-and-up burger experience. I won't post pictures; I'll leave the full experience to your imagination.

REALLY wanted an oatmeal bar. Ordered the biscuit combo with lemonade and oatmeal bar. Was charged for the meal before I got to the 2nd window and was told there were NO oatmeal bars. Asked me did I want cookies, I said No. Left me sitting at the window for about 5 minutes before coming back with a $1.50 (i paid with card), which seemed like a red flag. Went all the way to a different Wendy's location -because I was craving the oatmeal bar. Ordered and was told the total was $1.65..... had to search and scramble around the car for more change.... So she shorted me money at the last location.... Called the location, for about 20 minutes, no one would answer the phone. You're a so-called 'manager' but didn't have enough sense to give me back ALL the money I paid to you for a product you're advertising but DON'T have.... So you essentially STOLE from me, my money, my time, and my gas for my car..... I'm really tired of fast food places and the workers in it.....

First off this is the third meal that I have went to this Wendy's and got in this little old man named Dave wants to keep getting my meals wrong. I clearly stated, I want my burger, but he did the complete opposite I feel like he did it with intentions. The last time I came there he swapped me out and put two people orders in front of mine and pretended like he don't know how it happened. I'm too busy to even go back up there, but I am calling to report this because don't play with me

You had better know what you want on the drive-in menu before driving up. Otherwise, you will be pestered about every 30 seconds in regards to having your order ready. And there wasn't even anyone behind us this time!
Plus, when we got our food? That's probably about the flimsiest piece of "American" cheese I've ever seen on my sandwich. The lettuce was nasty, too... and I've had chicken nuggets better than the lukewarm and shriveled-up patty that ended up between my buns.
The "craft" lemonade that I got with our order tasted pretty artificial, as well. Probably about the only thing that I liked from what we got were the french fries.
Come on, Wendy's. I've seen you do so much better than this. And I know you are capable of it, too.
