Service was great, food was awful. Came at dinner-time and wasn't very busy. Nuggets were dry, and my spicy chicken was floppy. Free-style machine looked like it had been hit up the day before and wasn't cleaned and was out of nearly everything.
I havent been to Wendy's in a few years and won't be returning.. I would rather have crappy service over old food I'm paying for.

They serve breakfast, but they don't open until 8 AM. So don't count on stopping there and getting breakfast on your way to work.

The drive thru at 8220 W.135th Street in Overland Park has new hours. I use to pick up breakfast at 7:30 am on my way to work. Now they do not open until 8:00 am. This is very inconvenient because most people have to be at work by 8:00 am. I hope their hours change back to an early time Monday thru Friday.

This is a great Wendy’s location. Ashley is the manager and she does a great job with her personalized service. Some Wendy’s from my experience are a little hit and miss, but this one is great. The only negative is that the location is not in a very open area, it can be difficult to see.

Drive thru employee Description (young guy with dreads) seemed to be upset that I pulled up for my pickup order. He told me rudely to next time stay at the inner come.I wasn’t aware that I had to stay at the inner come to address my order name for check in. I am a former food service employee so I totally understand and didn’t mind him explaining to me, But the way he went about it was disrespectful and lacking in customer service. Please have someone with better service to attend to customers.

I just wanted to say that the ghost pepper ranch sandwich became the only sandwich i wanted from Wendys and I just went and it was not available anymore. I hope to at least let the company know I want it back
