Glen was the sweetest and most helpful customer service worker I think I’ve ever had. Whatever he gets paid it’s not enough, literally an angel. We <3 u glen

Came in and was promptly greeted when we came in by a helpful employee who helped us figure out the best option to get for our toddler, after that the food was great and service was an easy five stars I will be returning

I've come here a few times now. Drive thru is fine overall during normal hours. Dining experience after 10pm is always terrible. The night crew need to be more attentive to when some people are actually eating in there. I get its rare but 30 minutes of zero service is sad. They'd even glare at me and my party from the kitchen and just not acknowledge us. If the self order kiosk weren't there I'm sure less people eat in. Night shift needs to try more. Terrible service. Food is ok but was cold because they finished our food and just kept it back there for 20+ extra minutes back there. Like they just forgot to bring it out.

I stopped by Whataburger just expecting a quick bite, but Alisa turned an ordinary visit into something genuinely memorable. From the second I walked in, she had this energy that made the whole place feel better upbeat, professional, and actually happy to be there. You don’t see that often in fast food anymore. She greeted me with a big smile, handled my order like a pro, and even double-checked everything to make sure it was right. I had a couple custom requests, and instead of acting annoyed or rushing through, she actually listened. That alone is rare these days. What really stood out though? Her vibe. Alisa had the whole place laughing and relaxed cracking jokes, chatting with customers, making sure people were taken care of without slowing anything down. It’s like she was running the show, and doing it with style. My food came out fast, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. Zero mistakes. The entire visit just felt smoother and more positive because of how on point she was. Bottom line: Alisa isn’t just good at her job she elevates the whole experience. If every location had an Alisa, Whataburger would be unstoppable. Give that woman a raise, a promotion, and a thank-you card, because she’s the reason I’ll be coming back. Management you need to give her a raise!!!!!

I had an awesome experience at Whataburger today, all thanks to Alisa! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel welcome. She was super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was just right. You can tell she really cares about providing great customer service. It’s not often you meet someone who goes above and beyond, but Alisa definitely did. She made my visit a 10/10 experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Big thanks to her for making my day a little brighter!

The manager Jeanavetta and new employee Alisa were great to us. Very courteous, polite and Jeanavette was doing great at training Alisa. Our 2nd time at WHATABURGER and certainly will be back!

Actually got hot and fresh burgers and fries from here today. Everyone was pleased with their meal! Yay!
Only bad thing today was the extremely long wait due to the car ahead of us. It appeared the line was moving reasonably fast (for a Whataburger) until the car ahead of us reached the window. I believe we sat behind that car for 10 minutes or more! And when the food was finally handed out the window to that car, it really didn't seem like a lot! One bag (not the giant plastic one they have). But Whataburger is famous for taking an extremely long time to get the food out. The joke in Texas is that they are busy slaughtering the cow for each order.

Im very disappointed in the service today and now I’m afraid to eat the food. I ordered in the app for curbside pick up asap. I placed the order at 0850. The Whataburger app indicated my order would be ready “8:53 -8:56”. I arrived to pick up my order at approx 8:54 and immediately notified them thru the app that I was in curbside #1 to pick up my order. At 9:02 no one had brought my order out so I phoned the restaurant. The person who answered said she was just making my drink and would bring my order right out. At 9:05 the staff finally brought my order out. The reason it was late was because they misplaced my order ticket. Hmmmm. Now, because they knew I was not happy about the delay and lateness I’m afraid to eat the food for fear they did something to it. The restaurant provided the time window the order would be ready (8:53 - 8:56). I arrived within that window and let them know I was there and where I was. The restaurant did not have my order ready by the time they had indicated. In fact they did not have it ready until 9 minutes after that. I am very disappointed in the service and cannot give 5 stars. I hope the customer service improves or I’ll need to go elsewhere.

We were visiting from CA and went to this location twice and both times, Glen W showed us exceptional customer service. He was friendly and took extra effort to provide us with a wonderful experience.

If you’re lucky enough to have Glen serve you, you’re in for a treat! Glen is the definition of customer service excellence. With a smile as big as Texas and energy that could power the drive-thru, he made our day brighter. His genuine friendliness make you feel like family. Whataburger is already great, but with Glen, it’s an experience. Five stars for Glen—he’s the real MVP!
