the fries were cold and didn't even taste that good, it took like 10 minutes even though there was only 1 car in front of us and it was only 11pm, I usually don't mind about service, but there was not a single word said to us through the interaction except the price which was weird, didn't impact me review though. buttermilk ranch was good though. it's usually just a problem with this location though

Save your money & go to Wendy's or 5 Guys instead. Kansas/Missouri Whataburger sucks!Texas's and Oklahoma's Whataburger are amazing and very much worth going to. They are a close 2nd to In-N-Out burgers. Kansas's & Missouri's Whataburger suck! If I had a choice between McDonald's or KS/MO Whataburger, I don't know which one I'd choose. Between KS/MO Whataburger and Wendy's/Five Guys, I'm choosing Wendy's or Five Guys over KS/MO Whataburger..... This last time I went, the only things that were good was the jalapeno ranch dipping sauce, the bacon in the burger & the berry Dr. Pepper milkshake. The onions rings tasted like it was fried in old oil & was completely different than TX/OK Whataburger. KS/MO onion rings were common onion rings, the burger was ok, but the guacamole on the burger tasted old/brown & oxide. TX/OK onion ring batter was light and airy, like a tempura batter, & the burger is something completely different than the KS/MO burger. Awesome in TX/OK, sucks in KS/MO.

Winter for breakfast for work spent over $30 only to be rushed at the window while it's raining. She handed me for drinks no cup holder, while I'm scrambling too figure out where to put all four drinks in the car she's holding my food out of the window rushing me to grab the bag because I don't want everyone's food to get wet. Only for me to get the bag of food drive off the window so that I could hurry up and get out of their line and get to work to see that half of the food is missing One of the combos is completely not there hash browns missing no condiments and another breakfast sandwich is missing. Of course no one's answering the phone I know it's not supposed to be perfect but this was the worst.

I ordered takeout and i after going home i got burned food, i called the store and they said to get the food back and they would replace it. This is ridiculous that i have to get the food back. I am pissed off and never going back there.

This rating is pertaining to the Whataburger near 69 highway on 135th street, in front of Sam's Club, in olathe ks. You go in and order your food and tell them exactly how you want it. 5 or 10 minutes later you receive your order. Nice and hot. The quality of food is okay even though the prices are starting to go up, a number #2 combo for two people used to be $25 and some change. Now it's $26 and some change. I was told the cheese went up to 75 cents a slice, so that's the price of going out to eat. The place is nice and clean and the service is great. So if you are in the neighborhood and wanting a burger and some fries, or maybe a chicken or a salad stop on by.

Used to be a good place to stop at night but there was a staff change. Waited in the drivethru for 5 minutes and nobody took my order. Drove around the building and saw two employees arguing and two police officers inside

Burger was ok, Chicken was hard and old. Service was good. The refunded the cost of the chicken when I showed it to the manager. He did offer to replace the chicken but we declined and took the refund.
