I recently visited Restaurant for a meal, and unfortunately, I had a rather disappointing experience. I feel compelled to share my feedback to bring attention to some concerning issues that I encountered during my visit.Upon arriving at the restaurant, my party and I were excited to enjoy a meal. However, our dining experience took a negative turn when we encountered a problem with the ordering system. Another customer interrupted our cashier to inform him that the pop machine was not functioning properly. Understandably, the cashier had to attend to the issue, leaving us waiting without any further assistance. When he eventually returned, he provided us with the total amount due but failed to provide a receipt.To our dismay, when our order arrived, it was completely incorrect. It appeared that a mix-up or accident had occurred in the kitchen, leading to our dissatisfaction. Adding to our frustration, a lady that worked there I think her name was Lu presumably a staff member, approached our table without any prior inquiry and made a comment suggesting that if we couldn't speak English, someone who spoke Spanish should have been brought in to assist us. This assumption about our language proficiency was not only uncalled for but also offensive. We were born and raised in this country, making the comment particularly hurtful.To address the issue, we approached the manager to explain what had transpired. However, instead of offering a sincere apology or attempting to rectify the situation, the manager simply directed us to check our receipt. We reiterated that we were not provided with a receipt in the first place, as the cashier had walked away to assist the aforementioned lady. It was disheartening to witness such dismissive behavior from a manager towards customers who were genuinely seeking resolution.In an attempt to escalate our concerns, I made a call to the restaurant to request the corporate contact information. To my surprise, the person who answered the phone seemed unaware of the corporate number, which further highlights a lack of training and organization within the establishment.I write this review with the hope that it will bring attention to the issues I encountered during my visit to Restaurant .The poor service, lack of communication, and offensive remark made by a staff member greatly impacted our dining experience. It is my belief that all customers should be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of their language abilities or any other factor.I sincerely hope that the management of Restaurant addresses these concerns promptly and takes the necessary steps to improve their service, communication, and overall customer experience. As a potential patron, I would appreciate knowing that my feedback is valued and that measures are being taken to prevent such incidents from recurring.Thank you

Pulling into the drive-through about 11:30 PM, One car in front of me that appears to have been waiting there a little bit. Ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit, onion rings, Dr Pepper shake. Waited maybe five minutes for the person in front of me to get their food, Then at least 15 for mine. I get home expecting fresh food (cuz I waited so dam long), And the sandwich tasted like it had been sitting out awhile, and better yet had a burnt taste and chewy texture. The onion rings were no better, Clumped together and so full of half-raw onion juice it tasted like I was biting in to an onion! DP shake was fine ig. Either detour to the Wendy’s, McDonald’s, or Taco Bell across the Street Or hit a Different Whataburger location. 0/10 would NOT recommend

I visited this location today and ordered on the kiosk to-go because the line was out the door and there was no employees taking orders at the register. I ordered a Double Burger with Cheese and grilled onions. The kiosk gave me a piece of blank receipt paper. Seemed to be out of ink. My food did come out in a timely manner, which was really the only upside of my visit. When I got to my destination I was disappointed to open my bag and find a Single Burger with no cheese and original diced onions. And no receipt to show for it. ??

The food was pretty bad.Fries werent even crispy and the workers tried to drown the sadness out with salt. ‘bBBUT FrIed!1 the SaLt FiXEs EverthiNg!!”It does in the correct quantity. But if its way too much, it just leaves you with depression and a 50% increased chance of a heart attack.The burger wasnt even grilled on both sides!! Barely any flame grilled and more steamed. The lettuce on the burger also wasn’t fresh. Almost forgot, the bun was literally so steamed that it almost turned to some sort of “bun paste”. You heard me right, PASTE.The spicy ketchup was just awful. 1/10 (added 1 for effort)The only thing that was perfect here are the drinks. The dr pepper was so refreshing and crisp. Other than that, it was hot garbage.The food also got cold while we were driving home.Staff and atmosphere were nice at least.Would expect way better for Patrick Mahomes favorite burger place.Parking: Parking is literally filled to the brim because of the huge line that appears every time you go to the whataburger.
This is one of the only Whataburger, or fast food places in general, that I would NOT recommend. There was only one person in front of us and it took 20 minutes for two burgers, medium onion rings, and a small fry, the worst part is our bag was sitting next to the lady at the window for at least 10 of those minutes. The manager literally had to point at the bag and tell her it was ours before she gave it to us. Because of this, our food was lukewarm and the lady at the window had an attitude when giving us the food, was on her phone, and had her back turned to where the ready orders were placed. If you're looking for FAST food, this is not the place to go unless you enjoy waiting for an unnecessary amount of time. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I came about a wk ago and have a fairly large order totaling around $55. Part of our order was wrong. After we got home a settled, I realized half the order was wrong. I called and requested a manager. Glenn was put on the line and after a brief conversation I was told I could come any time to get a full order replacement. Fast forward to today… I was finally able to get back there and I was told no. Ok fine, I asked for the corporate phone number and was told to “google it”. I continued to speak nicely and asked for it again. After being spoken to rudely and given an out of service phone number, I just felt I should say something. Even if there’s no outcome

Depending on the hour you might want to check your bag before driving off. We were able to ask for our onion rings and it was resolved at the window but after the wait for the food, we were ready to get going. Nothing can beat that burger though.
