Came through drive through and just ordered a kids meal. When handed the bag of food, I said thank you. The response I got was jaw dropping. Girl at window said, "You're welcome, loser." My daughter and I looked at each other with shock as we both heard it clearly. Could not believe it! Fries also had zero salt and were gross. Will not be back.

20 minutes for subpar food that did not match up to the hype. Although burger was large, it was pretty dry. Good enough for needing a late night burger after a night out. Not good enough if more food options were open at that time.

Slowest most worthless fast food place in existence. Finally learned to give no more chances. Pat Mahomes should probably study Wendys and McDonalds and teach his locations how to serve 2 cars in a drive through at lunch hour in under 30 minutes

Unfortunately this is the slowest “fast” food restaurant in Johnson County. The employees are nice and I imagine it’s not all of their fault, maybe processes or something, but you can expect to wait anywhere from 20-30 minutes in the drive thru line. Even if you place your order ahead online, you still wait for your food until 10-15 min after the scheduled pickup time.

12:01am september 29th I ordered a double combo with only cheese and ketchup, and a chocolate shake. I waited 20 minutes before being presented with the incorrect food. The frizzy male employee by the name of Robert, who was running back and forth between the counter and the kitchen, who was also presenting an attitude that showed how annoyed he was that guests were in the lobby. He was telling everyone "its gonna be a minute," in a rude and forceful tone. When i brought my food to the front counter to have the mistake corrected, he shouted. "Just a minute!" When he finally came up to me and I told him I was supposed to have another piece of meat on my sandwhich as I had ordered a double, he snached the receipt off of the tray and then picked up the burger with his gloves which had been cross contaminated between the POS terminal, the make line, and other back of house surfaces. He put another piece of meat on the burger and brought it back instantly. But when I asked if that was the same burger he said "yea why" and I pointed out that he had just cross contaminated my food with the make line because at no point during this interaction had his gloves been changed. He was wearing the same greasy pair of gloves at the time of him touching my sandwich, as when I walked in and ordered. When i said this, he immediately slammed his hand down onto the sandwich and took it in the back in a huff and slammed it into the trash can and told his co-workers that I wanted a new sandwich because he cross contaminated it and he loudly told his colleagues that I was pissing him off, and of course I heard it, and thats what ultimately pissed me off enough to write this review. The guest expects their food to be prepared in a sanitary environment, and an employee should not be "pissed off" because they did not provide the standard that whataburger offers to its guests. A guest however, should be "pissed off" about how terribly they were treated by an employee who lacks people skills and does not appreciate the opportunity they have to work in hospitality. I come to whataburger because I enjoy the food, and I enjoy the friendly interactions I have with most of the team at this location. One memeber of this team, however, acts like he does not want to be a part of it. As a store manager of another establishment in the same industry, I would never allow someone with this type of attitude to work for me, ever.

They probably have a 10% success rate with me. Been here 20-30 times. 90% of the time it’s missing something… and of that 90 30% of those have just been the entirely wrong order. Bunch of numbnuts over there.
Unbelievable, how poorly managed these locations are
