Everytime I order grilled jalapeños and grilled onions which is charged extra for they give plain jalapeños and plan onions. And refuse to re do the order. Stealing my money is unacceptable. I’ve been going to whataburger a for years being a Texan. This one is the worst location I’ve ever been to. They do not serve how whataburgers are known to serve you.

Unbelievably slow service I think I could sit down at a full steak dinner order drinks eat and pay before my order was taken. I ordered on the app and didn’t receive my food for 40 minutes because the drive thru is so mismanaged and the food takes so long. Also expand the breakfast hours to all day

Everytime I order from this place they forget something. Every single time. I don’t understand how hard is it to simply read an order & make sure everything is there. Only late night place open, must have the worst employees working these hours. It’s EVERYTIME.

Would suggest going to pick it up yourself & double checking your order before leaving

I went through the drive thru askfor Jr meal small. I get asked if I want a large fry. Again no I wanted small you said it comes as regular I say OK. I still get a large drink was charged for it. I let the drive thru person know I did not want large and she says yes you did! #1 common sense if I want small and you say it comes in regular how do you get large out of that? # 2 when I say I can deal with a few cents charge for what I don't want. DO NOT ASK IF I WANT A COOKIE OR BROWNIE! How about I don't want attitude? #2 How about asking if you can fix it and correct the charge or here is a coupon for your next visit?

Placed an order for breakfast in the drive thru. Line was taking awhile to move which is nothing out of the ordinary. Made it to the window and received my drink, and was told to move forward to wait. Total wait time surpassed 30 minutes, so I moved to a parking spot close to the drive thru lane so I wasn’t in the way of other customers. After another 5-10 minutes, I walked inside to request a refund. The gentleman handled it very well and processed the refund and apologized. Don’t waste your time here.

Drive thru is terribly slow and if you order a dipping sauce, always check to see if they actually put it in the bag.. not a good choice if you have a short lunch break.
