Bierocks - Traditional
Traditional = ground beef, sauteed onion & cabbage. Our bierocks are made in house. Premium fillings are stuffed & baked inside rich pastry dough & brushed with butter. Reheat at 325 degrees for 10 minutes, or pop in the microwave for a minute for a great snack.

Cauliflower, Wild Rice & Walnut Links
Our world famous vegan links are stuffed in a plant based casing. Roasted cauliflower & walnuts are blended with cooked wild rice & seasoned with coconut aminos and garlic. Cook these links over low to medium heat in a cast-iron skillet or non-stick pan until crispy with a touch of neutral oil.

So good! We will definitely be list back! I had the greens, eggs and hen and my husband had the sausage gravy over the sausage bacon. Everything was delicious including The coffee. We brought home Sheboygan brats, sausage, stuffed jalapenos and bratwurst patties for dinner. They were also most excellent! Great local restaurant to support!

Unique, delicious creations that you can eat there (which I strongly recommend) &/or take home to grill yourself. Plus you get to support a local business who also supports other local businesses. And for those with Celiac, we have never had any cross contamination over the many times we have eaten there. This is one of those few places that I love enough to proudly wear one of their shirts, although their shirts are pretty epic so that certainly helps.

I'm so glad I found a great Hot Dog place! It doesn't hurt they serve other stuff too, even breakfast. And even better they have a deli counter where you can get sausages and steaks etc to bring home and cook yourself. The staff was awesome, the vibe was nice and it'll definitely be a spot I'll hit up often.
