Wingstop #1877 5045 Junipero Serra Blvd Staff who prepared the food needs to be attentive to customer orders to prevent swithing of order. it is very inconvenient to wait 30 minutes for the order, drove home back and forth, waste gas and wait another 15 minutes to straighten up the order. Staff who prepared the food never apologize as if nothing happens. Staff needs more training in customer service if corporate wants the business to step up to a new level.

One of the main reasons I went to wing stop is the real French Fries, well now they are apparently frozen and while no terrible they are no very good, certainly a huge let down, see ya later!!!!

Spent over $38 for some garbage! Wings were over cooked and fries were too salty to eat. On top of that, how hard is it to get a 10 pc. Bbq and Louisiana 10 pc ? Only to end up with a BBQ and plain, no ketchup or napkins in the bag.
It’s only a matter of time before this business is closed.

two of the three times I have come in the order has been wrong. the food is about a two out of 10 Stars. the time they take to fulfill the orders is almost like a sit-down restaurant time. I give them a total of two stars out of 10

I'm not sure who the gal was managing tonight (Thursday) but she should probably get a handle on her temper. She berated an employee who insisted on leaving at their scheduled time. When this employee left, she complained very loudly to the employees working. She was also using profane language and made it clear that the expectation should be to stay late to 'help out' more. Poor service. Good food.

this girl was asking them questions and asked about there cookies and mentioned a chocolate cookkie and how her and her mom were sharing it and they gave her another one. They are just so nice

Blue haired cashier with the piercings was super nice and professional, I’ll come back to this specific location because they were so cool. That’s hard to find in chain fast food places!
