The food is great.. but 50% of the time I call I wait 10/15/20 minutes to place a single order.

would give 0 if I could. I didn’t take a pic I just was so disgusted. ordered chicken tender meal for two for my child and I. I have always seen wingstop online of people reviewing and it always looks good. our tenders tasted like oil and butter and it’s like it wasn’t filtered from it. there was about 1 inch of butter at the bottom of the container, I couldn’t even eat it. it tasted like I was drinking butter/oil, it was AWFUL. I am so unhappy I even chose to go there thinking it was good. hopefully this just isn’t a good location. i’m so disgusted.

Twice I've ordered from this location and both times they did not deliver my full order. The 2nd time it happened I decided to call them and make them aware of their mistakes. I spoke to Mark Wright who writes my replacement order in their "book". I call today to get my replacement order and was told that he found my name in the "book" but needed to call me back. The guy calls back and says do you have your order number. I give him the order number. He again says I'll call you back. He calls back to tell me that they can't replace my order. After finding my name and order number they still can't honor what they told me. The manager here is a coward!!! NOT ONCE DID HE COME TO THE PHONE TO TALK TO ME. DONT GET YOUR FOOD FROM HERE. TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDN'T PROVIDE MY FULL ORDER

I will be referring the employees to corporate. And the employer which I have attached picture she was very rude.i request management to make training to this employee regarding how to speak you to customer
