These guys are so beyond professional! I'm coming in super late (within an hour of close @1am) and even with technical issues preventing me from placing order in store, they helped me place online so they could serve me! Food is absolutely fantastic which is to be expected from such great guys, but I'm horrified to find that they don't even have the option to tip them online? Or even inside the store because the company doesn't like their employees to make tips? If I could give that a negative rating I would!

ordered my food and ended up getting lousiana voodoo fries which I waited thirty minutes for they gave me regular fries then must have been mad when I asked them for voodoo fries because this is what i received it was completely inedible and the food was not great either

We ordered over $70 worth of wings and specifically requested a longer cooking time so they’d come out crispy. I checked all the boxes to make sure they’d be prepared properly. Unfortunately, when our food arrived, the wings were soft, soggy, and almost raw. I tried calling twice, but no one answered. I’m very disappointed with this meal. I was ready to throw them away, but my husband suggested putting them in the oven just to salvage them.

Best fast food fries and late night staff is super friendly
Ordered online and came in to pick up. I was told to wait 5 more minutes while the order was being finished. Sat there for 30+ minutes and eventually asked where is my order. It had been sitting on the shelf for 20 minutes and nobody brought it out.
No seasoning on any of the food and fries soggy. All employees seem and act incompetent, go to the Olathe location.

The are so damn slow we are the only ones in here we order on six pieces combo and have been waiting for 30 minutes like damn hurry the hell up. I could go from space and back and it would probably still not be ready. The also just are on there phones like you ain’t him. Anyway I love pg5 (Paige Bueckers’s number five) also wrote this whole thing and I’m still freaking waiting.

The lady at the counter did not greet me and my friend group did not give us fountain drinks even though we paid for food. I would not recommend going here at all as the employees do not teach you with respect.
