Ordered online and came in to pick up. I was told to wait 5 more minutes while the order was being finished. Sat there for 30+ minutes and eventually asked where is my order. It had been sitting on the shelf for 20 minutes and nobody brought it out.
No seasoning on any of the food and fries soggy. All employees seem and act incompetent, go to the Olathe location.

The are so damn slow we are the only ones in here we order on six pieces combo and have been waiting for 30 minutes like damn hurry the hell up. I could go from space and back and it would probably still not be ready. The also just are on there phones like you ain’t him. Anyway I love pg5 (Paige Bueckers’s number five) also wrote this whole thing and I’m still freaking waiting.

The lady at the counter did not greet me and my friend group did not give us fountain drinks even though we paid for food. I would not recommend going here at all as the employees do not teach you with respect.

Horrible service. Stood at the counter without being greated for 10 min. Workers were literally standing around and talking to one another. Wasn't greated until I asked for help verbally. Food is good.

Gave my DoorDash order away to a random person tonight and didn’t bother to cancel the order or do anything to rectify this. Multiple dashers thus got their time wasted by keeping being dispatched to the store. They also never answered when we tried to call the store multiple times. Never will trust this business again. The one star reviews all make sense. Thanks for nothing.

Exactly as described and expected. Fast food wings. The mild and bbq had no spiciness but the hot had a little. I'd definitely get a hotter one next time. Garlic one was good but super buttery. Bone in was better than bone out but almost twice the price. Bone in was not breaded which we prefer. Not sure if there is a breaded Bone in option. Boneless were alright, more breaded than I prefer.

Placed pickup order in app - said it’d be ready between 5:14-5:19pm. Got there several mins after (I saw other reviews about them being slow after I ordered 🙄 so I made sure to arrive late).
