Order a pizza on Friday night. Here it is Tuesday and I still have not gotten my pizza. You think that they would wait for you to sign the receipt maybe leave a tip to run your transaction and fully process it. They have ran my card completed the transaction and there’s nothing going into my bank account in the way of a refund. I called the call center and after asking for a manager got hung up on because I was told I was being unreasonable asking for my money, or why it got taken without my signature in the first place. This could be seen as a technical error if I did it online. But I called this in in person. Wondering how hard up Pizza Hut really is? Will I Get my $60+ back? I'd call but they would just blame me again and hang up. 01/21/22 3088862 still waiting?

The pizza wasn't very good. Ordered hand tossed, seemed thinner than other times I've gotten pizza from a pizza hut. Also, it was a little over done.

I’ve been a long time customer here. NO MORE!! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I hope this location closes immediately. I was MOCKED and laughed at by customer service when I called because my pizza was two hours late. Do not order from this place ever

I'd rate it 0 stars if I could. Worst store ever. The Black lady manager is loud and always demeaning towards the employees in the back Excuse after excuse when your order is late even upon pickup in store. Delivery is a joke at best. Go to sarpinos just down the street and save yourself the hassle

This Pizza Hut is so slow with delivery normal is like 50-60 minutes. They consistently get orders incorrect and don't offer great customer service when you have an issue. I have stopped ordering from here because there are better options for the same price.
It's currently 11pm. I ordered pizza at8:40 to be delivered by 9:40........... (drumroll please)......... still no pizza. Called the number provided In The email and they could not reach the store and said they assumed it was bc they were short in drivers. Not sure if I Should just cook something else at this point, if my pizza will ever be delivered-- do I go to bed, it's late at night? No clue, no one to reach, will never order pizza from here again unless I have an extra couple hours to kill. Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut. One star is too many.
