We were seated very quickly. Our waitress was nice but hovered. She finally brought 2 meals that were incorrect. She plated a meal that was supposed to be to go. She brought the last meal and the appetizer out last. Only one meal was made correctly. My husband and son went to the car while I waited on the check. I had to go to the bar to ask for a to go box and my check. When I handed her the tip she scoffed at me. I had to wait almost 6 minutes at the bar to pay my tab. Another waitress asked me if I was ready but then still made me wait for my original waitress who then blamed another table for her delay after I had already heard her telling them they didn't have the dish that the customer wanted. Food was decent but service was crap.

Our experience was fantastic! Food was all amazing. Party of 4 we did 2 for $25. Spinach artichoke dip, boneless wings, half rack ribs, chicken parm meal, bourbon chicken and shrimp meal, steak. Margaritas. Zero complaints! Our little waitress was a sweetheart regardless of the rude entitled lady that screamed at her. We appreciated her

Gross food, and the waitress overcharged me. The bill was supposed to be $18.56 but charged $58 hello that’s a huge difference. My husband got a notification on his bank app we were still there at the restaurant and caught it, and made them fix it. Do better. Don’t go here.

I believe in giving extra chances. That being said, we came to this location on 3 separate occasions in 2022 & 2023, but all 3 times the food wasn't very good. Tonight we had been to busy to cook so we were desperate for a quick meal. We ordered online and my husband picked up in store. When he arrived with the food my expectations were low, but I was very impressed. Our food tastes amazing and was cooked fantastically! Glad whatever has changed at this location is so positive. Thanks for feeding us some yummy food, cook!💙

Pretty sure I asked for a broccoli chicken alfredo. I only got a few broccoli shreds.... 🥦 must be on a shortage and yes I mix the bowl no big broccoli and not cheesy sauce

Usually a good experience, typically eat at this location 2xs weekly, but today was off-burger was very dry/overcooked, fries were horribly over seasoned, server forgot my drink refill request & to top things off, they charged the wrong (higher bill, table of 2 people) bill to my credit card for almost twice the amount of what my bill (always $14.50 because always order same $9.99 lunch special burger w/fries & a soda) The bill was corrected prior to leaving, but trying to explain on company expense report wasn't a fun task since the charge (made up the difference in cash) was higher than the allowed per diem of $15/meal (I usually cash tip) when receipt showed $25 charge, ughh, lol

The bathrooms were so dirty and smelled terrible. The actual dining room wasn’t the cleanest either. The food was not the same quality that you would find at other Applebees. Our server was nice but distracted/confused? I do not recommend dining here. We only got a salad with water and a kids meal and spent $30 (with tip) and it wasn’t a $30 experience in terms of the atmosphere and food quality.
The bartender was lovely and made my birthday amazing. So helpful and Leeza and James made it worth while staying and hanging out. It felt like I was part of the family!!

This place was so unorganized. As I sat at my table I could hear problems going on with the staff, not professional. Jennifer our waitress was fantastic. They were understaffed. I could hear the staff complain about one of the staff members being late and that this is a regular thing. Four customers walked out because there was no host at the door. Sad!

Lots of customers. You could tell the wait staff was feeling the pressure of taking care of so many patrons. They looked to be short staffed which seems to be the norm for this location. They sent out cold cole slaw on a hot plate with potatoes and steak(which wasn't cooked to order).

Horrible. Will never go back. Applebees should be ashamed to offer the 15.99 all yo can eat Riblets, chicken strips and shrimp with slaw that was only grated up cabbage with no dressing. I received one riblet with fried and slaw. Asked for shrimp 20 minutes later I received 4 shrimp asked for chicken strips waited another 30 minutes for two chicken strips. It just ruined the whole meal then we went to pay a $48 bill with a hundred dollar bill and they said they couldn't make change. It was either a hundred or we had $26. It took 15 minutes but they finally changed the hundred!
