The Mac and cheese had no cheese. Horrible experience. I noticed one waitress that seemed on top of her customers and we wish we had her.

Walked in this Saturday afternoon for some wings, a beer, and a Big 12 football game. Not crowded. All the smaller tv's were tuned to Oregon v Oregon St. except for the TV behind the bar. That was set to the Notre Dame vs. Purdue game (66-7), which is not a game. We live in Kansas, BIG 12 COUNTRY. WV. vs Pitt is a close game. So I left and got some KFC Nuggets and drank my own beer.

We haven't ate at Applebee's in over 6 months and thought we would give it another shot. Horrible decision. We got a to go order. The salad was an upcharge which I don't mind but the lettuce barely covered the bottom of the container, I'm seriously talking like maybe 10 leaves. The garlic mashed potatoes was not filled in the container either, it barely grazed the bottom. The tomato soup was worse then just having a can from the grocery store. Spent almost 50 dollars total on nothing but crumbs. I feel extremely ripped off! I will not be back. On top of that we did not know when we ordered they no longer bring your order to your car nor did we get a call when it was ready so we were just sitting there trying to figure out what was going on. Very unprofessional.

Some of the staff was pretty rowdy. A few plates were dropped and the other nearby staff laughed loudly and swore. The food was okay. The crispy chicken on the sandwich was juicy and well cooked. The fries and mozzarella were okay, pretty standard. My wait staff was Tiffany and she was friendly and welcoming! Offered to bring us extra ranch and to go waters.

They were understaffed on Father's Day, but the team DID try to hold it together...there could have been more hustle, and a touch more communication with the guests (just a helpful tip!), but they tried!

They serve you undercooked chicken and then act annoyed when you point it out. They act like it’s not that big of a deal. I was about a quarter way through the sandwich when I noticed. They still expected us to pay… We paid for the two drinks and the one appetizer and refused to pay for the chicken sandwich or second entree since we barely got thru our meal and decided to leave after eating raw chicken. I spent the night sick and missed work the next day.

Ordered three drinks and an appetizer to-go, and it took nearly half an hour for us to get our order, not to mention the bartender didn’t know how to make the drinks and that’s why it took so long. I’ve tried coming back a few times and I am continuously disappointed and upset. Absolutely not worth the money or time of day.

We drove a long way to have the bacon Cheeseburger. And when I ordered it, the waitress told me that they were out of burgers. I couldn't believe it and told her I was disappointed that we came a long way. She apologized and I said it was not her problem. It was management's problem. She said she would share that with management. Trying to be respectful. We still ordered a couple appetizers. The whole time we were there the manager didn't bother to visit our table nor did our waitress. I got to say I was a little disappointed that management couldn't even bother to come to our table and understand we traveled a long way for the special that is advertised constantly on the TV. If you're looking for a good place to eat in Paola keep going west at the intersection. There is a good Mexican restaurant with good service and good food.
