Yesterday I went for a fish sandwich, and my fish sandwich was a substitute for the regular fish you use, I was very, very disappointed, makes for less visits when you try to pull a fast one. It was a piece of fish from the frozen food section at a local store, maybe equivalent to fish a sticks... Arby's please don't make your store look bad, and go on the negative list. I love a good roast beef sandwich, but was not a red meat day for me.. may not order a fish sandwich again,...read full review
Went to Arby's tonight with my 9 year old who just had her tonsils out. we were having a hard time figuring out what she wanted to eat. Kayla melted some cheese on a bun and made her a "soft grilled cheese", applesauce and a chocolate shake. She was so accommodating and kind. The service was outstanding and literally left in tears. Kayla, you are one of a kind and I'm so thankful the kindness you showed E tonight.
