Order at the drive thru, a #2 with no lettuce. It took a half an hour to get 3 tacos. When I got home it was obvious that they had lettuce on them and someone scraped it of taking the sour cream with it and leaving bits of lettuce and you could see the finger tracks in the meat where the removed the lettuce. It went straight in the trash! Waste of $10 terrible service and even worse product!

Consistently late with everything. You order mobile for pick up and they don’t even start working on the order til 20 minutes After the scheduled pickup time. You can frequently see employees standing around during this time doing nothing. If you go through the drive through it’s highly likely they mess up your order or forget something in it. Very unprofessional and definitely not well managed.

I had ordered 12 piece extra crispy and 12 piece original. They said it will be 30 minutes for the original so we waited. They got the order in 20. We got home and there was no extra crispy and there were some of the original pieces not done. This cost us $90. I will not go to this place again.
This place is so slow we sat in the drive thru for 20+ min and our food was cold and disgusting we got a KFC meal with fries and there was barely any chicken on the bone and the fries were cold, the best thing about the meal was the biscuit and that’s debatable. We also got a spicy potato soft taco and the potatoes were hard and not warm and the chicken quesadilla was dry and the cheese was not even melted all the way and the tortilla was burnt. 0/10 do not recommend!

Just went in. No one in line but me. Stood there for a good 5 minutes. No less than 4 employees looked at me but not one of them came to register to take my order. Not the first time we've had issues there but will be my last. Horrible sevice

We went into the place and no offense, but the people there could barely speak any English. I mean if you’re working at a fast food American restaurant, you should be able to speak English that way your American customers understand but anyway we get home and they put chicken on a patty instead of giving us chicken tenders, gave us three tacos. They got those right and they didn’t even give us drinks.
