Shell were stale. They put all my taco up side down in the bag. So you pick them up stuff fall out. I go to the city next time

Just went in. No one in line but me. Stood there for a good 5 minutes. No less than 4 employees looked at me but not one of them came to register to take my order. Not the first time we've had issues there but will be my last. Horrible sevice

We went into the place and no offense, but the people there could barely speak any English. I mean if you’re working at a fast food American restaurant, you should be able to speak English that way your American customers understand but anyway we get home and they put chicken on a patty instead of giving us chicken tenders, gave us three tacos. They got those right and they didn’t even give us drinks.

Just ordered on the app and pulled through the drive thru. I was early & had to wait a little longer but no biggie I was early. But like everyone in the world, after receiving my food I started to drive away and grab a couple of French fries out of the bag & they were cold. Only seconds from the bag entering my car. Then I get home 30 mins away & realize I didn’t receive my 8 piece tender and biscuits that came in my 8 piece meal for $30. And I did not receive the extra order of fries I had ordered. && yes they were all on my check I made for sure to look to make sure I wasn’t mistaken on what I ordered. Would be nice to atleast get the food I ordered.

Got 3 simple taco supremes today on my lunch hour. All 3 had completely cracked, broken shells resulting in me eating my tacos by scooping all the contents in my fingers.
How does a food preparation worker not see, feel or simply notice the broken shells while preparing and wrapping someone's order? Lousy service, not likely to return. Rest assured though they got paid!
