We go through the drive thru once a week or so. The screen in one of the lanes is broken, making it difficult to make sure they heard my order correctly. Would love to see this fixed asap.

Got two burgers, both were burnt! McDonald’s isn’t as cheap as it used to be and I expect quality I pay for from any restaurant, fast food or otherwise! Disappointed on this visit! Fries were good and fresh tho!

Took my grand children there to eat, first time in here, it was noon on a Saturday with four people in the store, the tables were dirty flies flying everywhere ordered a plain cheeseburger which came out with ketchup, mustard onions, re ordered and it came out with onions. The burgers were thrown together like they were swamped, I think there needs to be some training happening at this place.
I got some chicken tenders. They were extremely dry and when taking bites, it was similar to when you have to tear into beef jerky. Only thing saving it was my drink.

If I could give a negative I would. Absolute trash. Had to ask for a refund after waiting on 2 small fries for 35min. Many other had ordered at 7, it was 7:40 before they got their food and about 10 others were still waiting. We were not the only ones asking for a refund at this point and the young, seemed to be high school manager, was put out and ignoring everyone who wanted a refund after waiting for 40+min. For fast food.
