This place is god awful. Save your time and money. If you hate your job, get a new one. Slow, rude, and the food wasn’t right, and had no beef! Lettuce, cheese, and more lettuce. My goodness. Yall charge too much for all that. Got hung up on when I called just to ask them how this happened. I said I didn’t even want my money back or a free meal I just want them to at least care enough to put the beef on a beef taco. Y’all good and terrible.

Food was not was burnt and tasted awful. Even the biscuit was dry and hard. The guy working the drive thru seemed as though that was the last place he wanted to be. With it being a relatively smaller town, youd think they would do better.

I ordered 2 tacos, 2 fries, and nuggets and had to wait over 30 minutes. 5-10 cars behind me got their food before we did. I went in to ask if they forgot about me and their response was they knew I was out there.
Do not come to this place for FAST food.

Vast improvement over the experiences I have had in the past few years. The food was fresh, the restaurant was reasonably clean (could have been better, the bathroom was nasty and the floors needed swept) the lady, I believe she is the manager, was helpful, polite, prompt, and patient. The meal was prepared correct and in a timely manner. Just a few months ago, my review would have been extremely negative and I would not have suggested anyone to ever eat here. If you haven't been to this restaurant in a while go ahead and give it another chance.

The beans were very old and overcooked, abnormally long wait, very little beef on crunch wrap. Very disappointed
I paid 30 some dollars for some tacos and they were all the same but when i went to est them i saw that none of them had about the same amount of stuff(meat, lettuce, and cheese) some had no cheese some had alot of lettuce and most of them had barely any meat in it. Personally i think ima just make my own tacos for now on i think taco bell in paola should get closed down or someone from another store should take over.

we usually order from the Taco Bell side of things, but we have gotten KFC maybe once or twice. The drive thru is always packed. Customer service is hit and miss, but the kitchen is always slow. I don't mind waiting as long as the food itself is good (which can also be a hit or miss). Sometimes the food is piping hot and other times it is stale. It is the risk you take with fast food.

This Taco Bell is literally so bad… my family and I will drive all the way from Paola to the tacobell in Olathe I’m not joking. I’d rather drive the 35 mins there and back (hour total in driving) then the 5 minutes down the road. The food is almost always wrong, cold or tastes terrible. And as someone else said in their review, there’s almost nobody in line or inside the building yet you have to wait 20+ mins for an order of food. Why? If I’m going to wait over 20+ mins and get terrible food… I’d rather go to another town to get it, correctly. Please do better. It’s sad my entire family would rather drive to another city to eat at Taco Bell than the one 5 minutes from us because we know the food is so bad. My dad even complained how he waited an hour in the drive through once for 1 burrito. But that was a year ago… still… sad.

We were in the drive thru for 30 whole minutes. We asked why it took so long and the worker had to think and then lies saying because someone ahead of us ordered the same amount of food as us. That shouldn't matter! No taco bell has taken that long to make 2 tacos, 4 chips and cheese, and a crunchwrap supreme. Wtf taco bell!!!!
