Vast improvement over the experiences I have had in the past few years. The food was fresh, the restaurant was reasonably clean (could have been better, the bathroom was nasty and the floors needed swept) the lady, I believe she is the manager, was helpful, polite, prompt, and patient. we usually order from the Taco Bell side of things, but we have gotten KFC maybe once or twice. The drive thru is always packed. Customer service is hit and miss, but the kitchen is always slow. I don't mind waiting as long as the food itself is good (which can also be a hit or miss). Sometimes the food is piping hot and other times it is stale. It is the risk you take with fast food.
The cashier was terrible. No manners and not helpful. When I asked the price difference of the combo or single item because I couldn't see it on the menu his response was, "not much." The cook who made the food was excellent, apologized for our wait even though it didn't take long at all and thanked us for coming.
