Slow, always wait a long time for food. But, people are nice and order is correct. Run down location and needs more employees at busy times.
If I could give this place a zero star I would! I sat in the parking lot for 40 minutes waiting on food that I ordered in the drive-thru. When I went in and asked about it they said well we only have one fryer working right now and the other one just went down because we have to do maintenance. When I said I wanted a refund for the food that I still had not gotten they simply shrugged and walked off. KFC offers good food with friendly service, though there may be a wait. The $20 fill up box is popular, especially for the delicious biscuits. The atmosphere may lack ambiance, but the food is always hot and tasty, whether getting KFC or Taco Bell. The employees are efficient and welcoming. However, the dining area could be cleaner. Overall, it's a great spot for a meal, especially if you're not a vegetarian.
