“Yesterday I went for a fish sandwich, and my fish sandwich was a substitute for the regular fish you use, I was very, very disappointed, makes for less visits when you try to pull a fast one. It was a piece of fish from the frozen food section at a local store, maybe equivalent to fish a sticks... Arby's please don't make your store look bad, and go on the negative list. I love a good roast beef sandwich, but was not a red meat day for me.. may not order a fish sandwich again, shame cause your authentic fish Sammy is the bomb diggity!! 🤔😉 just saying.“

“Each time we've been, the employees are friendly and working hard. Sometimes 2 people will be working running around making sure everyone is being served. It is a bit of a wait but they are doing the best they can and still serve you with a good attitude!“

“There was only one employee on Sunday that was having to do everything by herself. My husband was on his dinner break & there was a long line. I felt sorry for her & if it were me, I probably would have had a meltdown, but Desi held it together. Nice job, girl! Hopefully, things will get better on the weekends.

Vegetarian options: You can have what you want on your sandwich, or I think you can have a salad (I'm not sure about the salad part). They make their items in front of you so you get what you want.

Dietary restrictions: Since your sub is made in front of you, you have control of what you have on it & what type of bread you have.

Parking: There's plenty of parking.

Kid-friendliness: It's an ok place to bring your whole family.

Wheelchair accessibility: It has handicap parking (I believe) & they have a wheelchair accessable sidewalk but no automatic doors.“

“Vast improvement over the experiences I have had in the past few years. The food was fresh, the restaurant was reasonably clean (could have been better, the bathroom was nasty and the floors needed swept) the lady, I believe she is the manager, was helpful, polite, prompt, and patient. The meal was prepared correct and in a timely manner. Just a few months ago, my review would have been extremely negative and I would not have suggested anyone to ever eat here. If you haven't been to this restaurant in a while go ahead and give it another chance.“

“I haven’t eaten at sonic in Osawatomie for a long time. But since the new manager took over they are BACK!!! I have eaten there twice now and the food was good the wait time is speedy the service was amazing! Thank you for the overhaul, and saving me a trip to Paola! 5 Stars ⭐️“
