Fast Food Restaurants in Louisburg

“I usually go through the drive thru and my drive thru experience is night and day to the lobby experience. The guy in the drive through around lunch time is amazingly sweet and always cheerful. Wish I knew his name. My food is always fast and fresh. I come here vs the Paola one.

As for the inside experience. Dear Jesus help them. First ofd, there is a complete disconnect. You order at a kiosk and are ignored. You do not get your drink or anything while you wait and sit at your table. The lady with long red hair is sort of dizty. I asked for our drinks while we waited, but I couldn't remember what my kids ordered since it didn't give us a receipt. We got it figured out and she gave us our drinks. 5 minutes later she had remade all of our drinks but was a little fresh that she had already done it. Them it was a very long wait for our food while the line outside moved smoothly. They also messed up 2 indoor orders while we sat there. Then when I needed a receipt for tax purposes, oh boy lol. The younger teen seemed to know her stuff at least!

“Had the best experience I’ve ever had at a Subway, Sierra was working all by herself and drowning in order ahead and a line of 8 people, we were the last, she has the best customer service ever while multitasking a clean environment and made the best sandwiches we have ever had I’ll add the pictures!! She was so incredible absolutely made our night!!“

“This is the BEST sonic we have ever had. My husband and I got the sausage breakfast toaster & tots w/ cheese. It was extremely FRESH and not greasy at all. So delicious! And the tots didn’t taste like old grease sponges, they were perfect! We could definitely taste the love that the cook has for his job! Thank you for caring about what people eat. We appreciate it! Don’t let me forget our carhop Holly who also took our order was super sweet!“

“Food: for 5/5 stars at a fast food restaurant, all I expect is consistency. Quality at this location is consistent with most other McDonald's locations I've been to. No weird drops in quality. It's McDonald's, decide for yourself if that's good enough.

Service: I've recently become very hard of hearing. Staff here have been willing to flex with me as I adapt to a new disability. Very friendly, very patient when I struggle. Always a good experience.

Atmosphere: I haven't really experienced the atmosphere from the inside. Looks clean? The parking lot is in pretty good repair, I don't really encounter pot holes here. I've never seen the outdoor trashcans overflowing with garbage.“

“I did not catch the gentleman’s name today (Christmas) when we were driving through town on our way to Oklahoma, but he totally made our day.

He was the only person working (I’m pretty sure the other person that was working walked out.. but I could be wrong).

Anyway, not only did he serve us with a smile on his face through all of the stress he was covering up so well - but he also had to make our entire meal too and it was FABULOUS.

We make this drive a ton and my husband and I have vowed to stop at this Burger King from now on when we do.“
