We ordered take out here and were so excited since we now have a sushi place in Park City! It's one of our favorite cuisines, if not our top favorite!We both ordered a lunch special, I paid for it and waited for it to be made. They were fairly busy and I waited probably 25 minutes for it to be given to me. As I waited, I noticed the diners seemed happy and enjoying their food. This made me all the more excited to try it! I felt like the wait was long but thought if the sushi was delicious, it was worth it.Sadly, I was mistaken. The wait was very much NOT worth it. For what we received, it was highly overpriced. The rice was hot and gummy, the fish was not cold but room temperature, and one particular roll was inedible due to the egg-white texture of the fish.Thankfully we did not get sick.I was so disappointed. I'd like to try it again and update with another review but just can't bring myself to do so thinking of how awful the first experience was.

Mrs. Jones is a lovely lady and an even lovelier hostess. The food is amazing and the portions are absolutely huge. Seriously recommend the Jones Roll. One roll can feed two people and it is delicious.
