“Arrived 15 minutes before closing, ordered it to go (was in line for drive through but the line didn't move after literally 7 minutes). They proceeded to lock all the doors, making multiple older (70 and up) walk around the building and the parking lot lights were turned off. They didn't give us our daughters fries, which we discovered in our vehicle, a costumer had to let my husband back in, since tbe employees ignored him.
Their behavior was honestly rude and unacceptable. I have been to this Spangles many times, so I was quite shocked at the rudeness. The employees need yo be talked to on how you don't just tell that they're now closed and then parking lot lights should not be off until all customers are gone, and there was absolutely NO reason to make people walk around the building in pitch dark. Do BETTER.”

“Went there to get 2 all you're gonna eat. The first order of ribs was warm at best and The French fries. But the double crunch shrimp and boneless chicken were superb. The server Julie was superb, Making sure that everything was okay. The kitchen needs to make sure that they're serving hot food. Don't have any photos because I ate it all.”

“This girl who works there I’m not sure of her name. She has colored hair I believe blue. Shes AMAZING! She definitely needs a raise. Great customer service. They made a mistake and didn’t add one of our ordered but she kept a positive attitude the whole time and ofc we did end up go and picking up what we had ordered. She was the sweetest!”

“For years this subway location has been hit or miss with customer service. For my past couple visits there has been a very friendly middle aged gentleman working there who is outgoing and engages with customers. I dont normally leave reviews, but I want to make sure that he gets a shout out and some appreciation for his positive attitude friendly demeanor and customer service.”

“Not only is this most incredible food in barbecue you can get but the people that work there are such a treasure! Honestly, I don’t know what I enjoy more the customer service/employees or the food! Very, very happy to have such a stellar restaurant in our community. Absolutely, the best pulled pork, burnt ends, and brisket you could find. Their baked beans are sweet and have lots of meat in them. The macaroni and cheese comes from a local chef who makes the pasta from scratch! 😭🙌🩷 It literally doesn’t get any better than this. “It's no surprise why this place was in the running for a James Beard award. The service, food and atmosphere were amazing. I had the Duck A L'Orange and my husband had the Steak Frites. Everything was cooked to perfection and so flavorful. It was a great place to celebrate our 21st anniversary. Kennedy our server was amazing. Highly recommend this place.”
