The jalapeños are spicy, the dessert pizza was delicious and beautiful appearance. The pizza's were delicious too. Everything was delicious. It was pricey but pizza usually is and totally worth it.”

“If you haven't tried Carlos Kitchen And Cater, you need to check it out. They are a family owned business with fantastic food and are some of the nicest people you could meet. I know people who eat there almost weekly because the food is so good, and we've had them cater at our church a few times. They are located at 122 S. Kansas Ave in Newton. Check them out on Facebook... they have weekly specials and a nice variety. I haven't tried their cookies yet, but they caught my eye last night because they are huge and look amazingly delicious!!! Ps. Put your diet on hold and try the tortilla chips with salsa and cheese dip too!”

“Genova Italian Restaurant is AMAZING! The entrees were very well prepared and the fresh homemade rolls were so good we could have eaten all they had. Rosie, the owner is a firecracker of a lady who will make you feel welcome from the first time you enter. Whenever we visit from Florida we will be sure to stop in for a meal and visit Rosie. She made us feel like family!A follow up to my first review. It has been a year and a half since our last trip to Newton and we took our son and daughter-in-law to dinner. Rosie (whom we had only met once before) remembered my wife and I and even what table we sat at the last visit! The food was again excellent and very large portions. Definitely visit Genova Italian Restaurant when in the Newton, Kansas area, you won't regret it.”

“Ray's Mobile Food truck is absolutely amazing. The ribs, catfish, sides, and banana pudding are so delicious. We had pretty much everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. I hate tarter sauce on fish, but Ray's tarter sauce on the catfish is magic. The flavor dances on your tongue and makes you stop for a moment to savor the taste and wonder, how does this sauce enhance the flavor so well. I will continue to enjoy every bite of food I get there. It is so worth it. Ribs fall off the bone, pair it with the beans, spicy and rich or the coleslaw, crunchy and not overdone. Gotta go and see Ray's Mobile tonight, yum yum yummy”

“This is such a comfortable, clean shop with endless coffee options. However you like it, ypu can have it.I get a lavender cold brew currently the special is with blueberry cold foam. The foam sits on top of the drink and slowly mixes in to create a sweeter, more flavorful brew.It's so good! Definitely come and visit if you need a quick morning coffe place with great prices.”

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of how the flowers were placed on the cake. They cake looked good but I thought the flowers could have been placed better or left off to better match our design.”

Customer service is off the charts, and her portions have never lacked. “We took a day trip to try this place out for lunch. Reading an article on the internet, "Best Burger in all 50 States," Big Larry's Burgers in this article took Kansas. We were greeted with a very friendly staff and was even welcomed by Big Larry himself while we were eating. I don't know what is it about the Hamburgers, but for a small joint like this, they were so amazing. I chose a side of corn nuggets, and they did not disappoint. Just as popular as their hamburgers, their fries are top-notch, delicious, and very satisfying.This place deserves a 2nd visit, for its tasty burgers and to sample more from their menu.
