Walked over from Hotel in Park City KS for a frosty. The frosty's were good but service was bad. Only 1 person could take order and she was in restroom. We waited along with 2 other customers for about 10 minutes. There was a lady chewing something and the manager was there and no one helped us. No 'finger print' was the other six people excuse for not helping us.
Park city wendys is the worst slow, always out of something, rude employees. Wish i could say this is unusual but I have never had a goid experience here and i dont come here often which tells me this is an environment generated by poormanagement.

New staff will forgive that, mixed up my burger with someone else's, meat on my burger was burnt to a crisp, both bathrooms were very dirty dining room was ok but still needed some attention too. Needed food it worked for a munch but wasn't what expected quality from Wendy's I would expect
