Pizza Hut has been disappointing for a while now, but this pizza was a mess. Little toppings and falling apart. The cheese sticks were undercooked.

I understand they close at 10pm. But if I can put on an order then it’s not to late. So my order was put in at 9:36pm on Thursday 6/20/2024. It said 14 mins it would be ready. I don’t live far I got there about 9:45pm. The doors were locked. I seen a male employee sitting by the dining area on his phone. Giving no care a family is trying to get the order they knew I was coming for my order obviously ! So I go to the drive thru. Ring the bell 3 times before a female employee decided to answer the window. I got my food at 9:56pm. We order from there often. This is the first time service has sucked this bad. Don’t get me started on the wings lol. I’m having trouble uploading the photo of my 2 sauced wings!
Went through the drive through and the food was ready right away. The pizza is decent, the wings are good and one of the few places I've found in this state that actually has burning hot sauce when their menu says they have burning hot sauce.

They'll say 30 minutes for delivery but it's actually 90. They don't have any drivers working there and have to use Doordarsh. But they don't communicate that.

Everything was perfect except for getting charged for extra toppings and not getting them .. also my cinnabons baaaarely had any icing on them ...
Ordered a book it pepperoni personal pan pizza and a super supreme pan pizza. Which was good. I also attempted to order garlic cheese bread and was advised that I could not buy garlic cheese bread unless I bought more food. I wasn’t wanting free garlic cheese bread I told the girl I was planning on buying it. She stated that I would have to buy something else. It cost 8.05 for one personal pan pizza. Then the gal came by our table and ask if we would like anything else. I told her you won’t sell me what I want so why ask. This was at 5 -5:15 pm today and no one in there eating. Park City Pizza Hut I will not return to your store. I am pretty sure I am done with Pizza Hut .
Dietary restrictions: I have been eating less so Pizza Hut in park City Ks wants you to buy extra and stuff yourself just to get the items you want.

Had to pay for my meal twice and it took out more then what my total was. Called the store to see why I had to pay twice and all they told me was it’s out of our control because they supposedly didn’t see anything on their end. I have the invoices to prove I was charged twice but still didn’t want to help me. We went to pick up the pizza before the time were were supposed to pick up and when we got home (live like 3 minutes away, if that) our pizza was cold barely any toppings and charged us almost $10 extra dollars for a FEW extra sauces. This location has went way down hill and something needs to be done with a place of business double charging people/ charging them for more than what their total was. Please make a better decision than what I did and get your pizza somewhere else.

Park City Pizza hut did a quality pizza unlike my previous purchase at the 37th Woolawn location which was not , I got hope back from my last purchase of the pizza I used to
