Horrible service, stuck in the drive thru line for 17 minutes. Pizza had no pizza sauce on it when I got home? How do you cook a pizza with no sauce? Pizza was thin and crispy but was not cooked. Cheese was cold and not melted.

Lady doesn't know how doordash works. Not doordash friendly. Approximately on May 18th 1:50pm time frame a short lady with dyed hair told us we couldn't get our food until food was confirmed pickup and we did that even though we tried explaining thats not how it works and of course it asked for a pic of the food and since we didn't have it we had to take a picture of the empty pizza bag. They apparently didn't have it on their screen so we did confirm pickup and then since we already confirmed pickup she tried blaming us for it not being on their screen anymore and forgot the two two liters of soda for the customer too until we showed the receipt for the order that was connected to the box. The location needs classes on how doordash works or specifically for her.

Wish Pizza Hut would go back to making pizza like they did in the 80 & 90. Fresh ingredients. And real mozzarella on top. Not dried out crap!

Had a takeout order of 2 pizzas and a box of wings. Bug in one of the pizzas, but they made that right by refunding the pizza

Pizza Hut has been disappointing for a while now, but this pizza was a mess. Little toppings and falling apart. The cheese sticks were undercooked.

I ordered a delivery order to a local hotel. Matt brought the order quickly and proactively brought plates, napkins, and utensils. Excellent experience! Thank you!
I understand they close at 10pm. But if I can put on an order then it’s not to late. So my order was put in at 9:36pm on Thursday 6/20/2024. It said 14 mins it would be ready. I don’t live far I got there about 9:45pm. The doors were locked. I seen a male employee sitting by the dining area on his phone. Giving no care a family is trying to get the order they knew I was coming for my order obviously ! So I go to the drive thru. Ring the bell 3 times before a female employee decided to answer the window. I got my food at 9:56pm. We order from there often. This is the first time service has sucked this bad. Don’t get me started on the wings lol. I’m having trouble uploading the photo of my 2 sauced wings!
Went through the drive through and the food was ready right away. The pizza is decent, the wings are good and one of the few places I've found in this state that actually has burning hot sauce when their menu says they have burning hot sauce.

They'll say 30 minutes for delivery but it's actually 90. They don't have any drivers working there and have to use Doordarsh. But they don't communicate that.

Everything was perfect except for getting charged for extra toppings and not getting them .. also my cinnabons baaaarely had any icing on them ...
