The general manager here is one of the rudest people I’ve ever talked to. It’s not hard to see why they always have help-wanted signs out front. I can only imagine how miserable it must be to work for this place, or for her directly.
I also watched the general manager standing outside talking on her phone and smoking a cigarette, then walk straight back into the building and go right into the kitchen without washing her hands. And that’s the general manager, so it’s hard to imagine anyone else there is washing their hands either.

Done with this location. Usually have pretty decent experiences from this location. This time I ordered a Big New Yorker with extra cheese and extra sauce and it was more like regular cheese and light sauce. The pepperoni was very sparse, about 1/3 of what they usually top it with . Will not be returning

My husband and I were traveling and decided to stop at the Park City Ks pizza hut and man the food was excellent, the service was fantastic, we happended to meet the manager I believe her name was Stephanie and she was very accommodating and on top of things. I recommend this pizza hut to anyone in the area. Thanx again we'll forsure be back

Horrible service, stuck in the drive thru line for 17 minutes. Pizza had no pizza sauce on it when I got home? How do you cook a pizza with no sauce? Pizza was thin and crispy but was not cooked. Cheese was cold and not melted.

Lady doesn't know how doordash works. Not doordash friendly. Approximately on May 18th 1:50pm time frame a short lady with dyed hair told us we couldn't get our food until food was confirmed pickup and we did that even though we tried explaining thats not how it works and of course it asked for a pic of the food and since we didn't have it we had to take a picture of the empty pizza bag. They apparently didn't have it on their screen so we did confirm pickup and then since we already confirmed pickup she tried blaming us for it not being on their screen anymore and forgot the two two liters of soda for the customer too until we showed the receipt for the order that was connected to the box. The location needs classes on how doordash works or specifically for her.

Wish Pizza Hut would go back to making pizza like they did in the 80 & 90. Fresh ingredients. And real mozzarella on top. Not dried out crap!
