“I was sitting in there listening to the conversations between a customer that had just left to go to the bathroom in the supercenter. The customer said that they had thrown his food away. The manager of the store stated she was trying to clean up the lobby and that the food was in the trash can over there if he wanted to go get it. He said that's fine. He said that he they also threw his drink away. The manager never offered substitute meal drink or anything very very rude. I was
appalled by this behavior.”

“I'm from Augusta but was working in Parsons for a few weeks. I found this Sonic, and I really wasn't expecting much as far as quality. I was absolutely blown away by the quality of the food here. I also stopped in a second time later in the week to see if maybe the first time was just a lucky fluke, lol. Fantastic both times! I'm extremely impressed and wished Sonics around the state would take a page from this store. Thanks again!”

If I had to try and critique anything, I would say perhaps they might consider merging the ability to order food and pay for tubs of ice cream at the same register, instead of having to stand in two separate lines in the same room. “Hit the drive through after a early morning dentist appointment for my kiddo. Service was polite, and expedient. Maybe consider taking the breakfast sign down though? Or just serving breakfast, as it's actually pretty good if made to spec. I was actually excited for some TB breakfast on the way in to town and was really let down I couldn't get any at 9:30 in the morning.”

The lead hostess is always friendly and quick to take care of your needs.
The owner provides good quality food every time and is always talking with customers about their experience. If you live in Galesburg or even just happen to pass through,The 19th hole is a must for an awesome small-town meal.”
