Very good Chinese Buffet. This place advertised the Cashew Chicken, which was Springfield style. The Buffett was loaded and hot, with a number of options. My favorite was a general chicken and crap rangoon. My wife went to school in Springfield and raved about the cashew chicken. Worth the stop if you want a good meal. $10.99 when we went on Saturday, October 2023. I only review placed that deserve a five. This was definitely a five.
It's been a while, but a friend invited me to lunch the other day at Chinese Chef. This place has it all. Many many chinese choices: chicken, beef, shrimpveggie. All the sides you could want, rice, lo-mein, egg rolls, spring rolld, crab rangoon. So much you cannot possibly try it all. But I think we tried! ha ha Many American choices, too. Clean, friendly service and the food was fresh and flavorful, And affordable. I started with the salad bar and appetizers. The egg rolls were some of best ones that I had. I love the way they made the fried rice. Something for everyone, even for picky eaters. I will definitely be going
