I visited the Parsons, Kansas Pizza Hut yesterday, and I wanted to make sure this review reached someone who would actually see it. The moment my boyfriend and I walked in, Jenn—the shift lead—looked up with a smile and said, “Welcome to Pizza Hut, I’ll be right with you.” She was in the middle of boxing orders, clearly busy, but still took the time to acknowledge us.

10 stars for the new ladies! Upbeat, friendly, made sure I knew they saw me. Jenn smiled, and it was just so nice to have good customer service again. Morgan, the GM is amazing. She makes it right if it's not. She friendly too.

I went in the other night for the first time. There was two women working. I think jenn and morgan. They looked like they were having fun, but getting work done. Jenn greeting me as soon as I walked in. She was cutting pizzas but made sure I knew she would be there in a moment.
