Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Twice now my husband and I have driven 43 miles to grab a bite at this braums only to find out half way down the road back that the bacon and cheese was removed from the crispy club combos. Apparently when you change the lettuce and tomatoe to anything else other than what normally comes on it they assume you want all the toppings removed except the condiments and veggies requested to be changed... but you'll for sure pay the club sandwich price with or without bacon and cheese 😒
That exact braums has been a favorite special stop on day trips to Pittsburg or Joplin for the 5 yrs since my husband and I first started dating. The food was always incredible especially the milkshakes. The staff used to be friendly as well. This past weekend our food was shoved out the window while they continued their conversation with a coworker not speaking a word to us during the food hand off... Unfortunately I doubt we'll be making any future pitt stops there agiain in the future after 2 times a month apart having the same issues. Do better braums...

i wish they would stop filling the cups halfway with ice u get like three drinks if you are sharing with someone

Keep going in there to try to get a chocolate shake and it’s almost like I need to go in and teach them how to make it because half of its frozen solid. and then it’s all over the damn cup when you go through the drive-through I’ve gave them multiple chances, but it’s unbelievable. How nasty This place is

Service and food were both great.

I don't know what's going on with this location, but I've lived in Pittsburg for three years now, and in the last 8 months things have just gone tremendously downhill. I hoped my last experience was a one-off, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Yesterday evening my husband picked up dinner for our family. When he got home with the food, the salad I asked for had rotten fruit in it. The strawberries were visibly moldy, ruining any chance of me ever ordering another salad from here.

Disappointed in Braums Pittsburgh. Ordered food at 2:15 left at 2:50.The drink station was a mess liquid all over. Mustard and ketchup all over. Fries were way too salty. Burger was burnt and cheese not melted. Burger was put together sloppy. When we left at 2:50 nothing cleaned up and 5 or 6 tables dirty. One staff even got drink and didn't do nothing about gross mess.

Give me basically nothing for a ice cream cone and this ask happened five times and I am do with it

This could be one of the worst Braums locations I’ve ever been to. The drive thru worker didn’t give me my credit card back so I had to go back inside to retrieve it. He also forgot to give us straws, the suace requested and napkins.

Best ice cream, limeades and fast food burgers in town. Staff if always very friendly and service is fast.

Love it! Daughter was eating blue birthday cake ice cream. Love the eggnog ice cream. Can’t go wrong whatever you choose! And not sure? Ask for a sample! Yum

Everything is great, but of course the ice cream is best of all!

Like all other Braums. Good food, good service and good prices. Our meal was fresh and served quickly.

The location is horrible inside looks disgusting the people working there are gross and un sanitary i think the whole store needs new staff

Waited approximately 30 minutes or longer for #3.
Seems like the staff is not capable of doing their jobs in a timily manner. I'm surprised ppl tolerate this service
