Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

The teenager on the drive through speaker was rude and impatient. Our order was not served accurately. Braum’s used to be consistently good, but over the last year or so (maybe longer?) they’ve gone downhill with their service and food quality, which is unfortunate. Braum’s has the potential to be a good restaurant.

Ordered a bag of burgers with everything. Everything means onions, lettuce, tomatoes and mustard. They only gave us them with Cheese pickles and ketchup and when i mentioned i'd asked for everything they said well they only come with pickles, and ketchup.

Chicken tenders were yummy and hit the spot! The drive thru person was pleasant enough. However not a fan all of the trash in and around the lot flowing down into the surrounding neighborhood.

Place has really gone down hill lately. Service is bad, forgetting parts of orders, sometimes takes 30 minutes after ordering to get food, food tastes bad, fountain drinks are watery, shakes not mixed correctly, restaurant is dirty. Can't really think of any positives tbh

Double dip cone is so affordable. And of course the ice cream is great. Drive thru line was long but moved very fast.

Always a clean, well maintained restaurant. The returning manager is the most able lady manager I know of.

First time in years coming to this Braums in Pittsburgh KS. Went through the drive through and no one was polite. The guy that handed us the food was even eating with his gloves on and touching his face and nose and everything with the same gloves and then touches food?? That is absolutely disgusting. Worst Braums I have ever been to.

unfortunately I come here alot only due to lack of options but I warm u only come if u have a full tank of gas and half the day to spend sitting in ur car waiting..... ugh ramen noodles are looking better every time I go here

I ordered a double dip ice cream cone and got one scoop of ice cream. When I asked about it I was told that "one" scoop was 9 ounces of ice cream. On the website a double dip ice cream cone shows two scoops in the pictures.

Terrible work environment, I went in and I seen the manger yelling at there employees infront of everyone humiliated the employees. Food sucks my burger was cold when I got it and it didn't even taste that good.

Wouldn’t recommend going there. Someone needs to do something about one of their managers. They shouldn’t even be one if they take their anger out on their employees. Saw the manager yell at a girl making her cry and leave. If I was the employee definitely would write a complaint.

Witnessed one of the employees getting yelled at while eating my food. Saw that poor girl go home in tears. Wouldn’t want to work or eat there if that’s how all the employees are getting treated.
