Friendly people! Food was very good! Loved thier beans! Was in town visiting grandson at college. We will be returning next time we are in town!
Service gets the best rating! Really nice and friendly folks. Food was very good but could have been served hotter. A unique thing about Smokey Racks is they don’t have a fryer or do any indoor cooking. ALL their cooked food is done in the wood fired smoker out back! I had a delicious smoked potato with my meaty and tender ribs. The beans were also good. They also do a peach cobbler in the smoker however, we didn’t try it. While some dishes like the brisket and mac and cheese may have off days, the Loaded Spud with pulled pork and the pulled chicken dinner are both large and tasty options. This place makes customers feel at home with a personal BBQ chef, and the owners are nice and friendly. It is a popular spot, often selling out of items, which speaks to its quality. Overall, the experience is worth a second visit, and Smokey Racks BBQ is on the up and up, likely to grow even bigger in the future.
