“My family and I were passing through Pittsburg and decided to stop for a quick meal. It was 10:45pm and not sure what kind of service to expect. We went through the drive through and ordering for a family of 6 can be difficult lol. The lady working the window was great. She read our order back perfectly and was extremely polite and glad to take our order. The lady’s name was LOU. When we got our 2 full bags of food we noticed she even added in the condiments that we forgot to ask for. Plus loaded us up with napkins. We were extremely happy with this experience. LOU needs to be recognized.“

“Overall I love DQ the kids and I come often for ice cream. Today however my dad bought us lunch and the bacon on my cheeseburger was completely raw. I’m glad I noticed before I ate much of it, do better guys you could give someone food poisoning. Yuck. I took a picture but it’s not letting me post it.“

The wait time approached fifteen plus minutes. All the staff were working feverishly and politely, yet they seemed to be dysfunctional as a team. They did apologize for the wait. The men's restroom was in need of service (politely saying). The food was up to my standard for the expectations of McDonald's/fast food.“
