Took me back in time when our family took Sunday drives to these types of restaurants.

We have eaten here for the last 20 years. The last few times have been a major disappointment. The quality has gone down hill. I hate that as it used to be our favorite place to eat dinner. Tonight they confused a thigh for a wishbone and the German slaw seemed to have more water in it than anything. Also no gravy on any potatoes. Please go back to the way it used to be and raise the standards back!!!

I have been going to Chicken Mary's most of my life. Last night was hands down the worst restaurant experience I have had anywhere. Our drinks were salty! Another table said they had the same problem. One dinner was shorted 3 sides and a piece of chicken. One dinner was shorted a piece of chicken. My granddaughter never got her meal, period. My son ordered chicken gizzards to go and was charged the meal price and given no sides. The place was dang near empty and it took over an hour to get our food. We have never left Chicken Mary's and not purchased something at the register. Until last night. There was no one at the register or anywhere in sight. This experience was a colossal failure. How did Chicken Mary's become this mess? This is not the only issue we have had lately. You took a million dollar Kansas institution and ruined it. We drove by Chicken Annie's in Girard and the place was packed! I guess I know where we'll be going from now on.

We were visiting a friend and this is his favorite place to eat. The good was good. Enjoyed the German potato salad. There was only 1 problem.... The kitchen messed up 1 of our orders. Took more then 10 minutes to fix.
We had dinner at chicken marys about a week ago and our server was Sha! She's was very sweet and helpful while we was there! Sha did amazing job at making sure we had full drinks and hot food! We had a little wait but sha was there to let us know what was taking so long! Highly recommend
We loved eating here! We didn’t wait long to be seated, our waitress Bridget was very quick getting to us. She was very sweet and patient with us on what we wanted, she also suggested foods that’s have either been popular or that she likes personally. The environment was very attentive and everyone was so kind. The service was super quick and got all our meals correct considering I have three picky kids!! Will definitely be going back!

Took half hour to get appetizer. Took another half hour or longer to get meal then was not all there and some of it was cold. The baked potatoes were burned. I got my second piece of chicken after I finished eating and had asked for my bill. Food tasted fine but wow, service and timing definitely lacking. Sister in law has been going here her whole life but after two trips here with horrible service not likely to return. Sad for an iconic place.
