Went here with a couple of co-workers for a get-together, and my first time experience here was extremely pleasant, The staff were extremely nice and made sure all of our needs were met and all of the food that we had ordered was well presented too (My photography skills dont do the food justice). I had gotten the Honey Chicken which was in my opinion THE best Honey Chicken sandwich I've had this far, along with a side of sweet potato fries which were phenomenal as well. Our group had gotten chicken wings as well, which were well seasoned, although a little overcooked, but don't let me discourage you to try everything they offer here! Overall, I highly recommend trying BRGR if you are in the area!

I almost never write reviews but feel compelled to in this situation. Another family member and I took my 93-year-old father out to BRGR for his birthday a couple of weeks ago. The food was very good (better than during a visit a year or so ago) - but the service was very disappointing. We sat outside and were enjoying a leisurely birthday dinner - or trying to. Our server Clifton had a different idea. While we were still eating, he kept hovering over us, and it was obvious he wanted us to leave. He dropped off the bill before asking if we wanted dessert - and we made it clear it was a birthday dinner. We left with the feeling we had not been wanted at that restaurant. Such a shame - you don't turn 93 every day, and it would have been nice to have a server who was friendly, welcoming and would at least comment on that milestone. I certainly won't spend any more birthday dinners for family members at BRGR.

After spending fourteen years in KC, we developed a handful of staple restaurants, and BRGR was definitely one of our weekly go-tos. The quality and consistency of the food, paired with exceptional customer service, kept us coming back every week. Bread & Butter Concepts has set a high standard across all their restaurants, and BRGR is no exception. My latest takeout experience was another shining example of their commitment to excellence—Matzumi and Saye provided such genuine and authentic customer service, truly showcasing emotional intelligence. I can’t wait for my next visit to KC and will definitely be back to BRGR. Thank you for bringing bliss to National Hamburger Day!

This place used to be the most amazing burger restaurant in town for someone who eats only gluten free. I thought the ownership must have changed, because the burgers and fries were different from the last time and all the dozens of other times I've been there. The burger looked and tasted like a pre-formed frozen patty rather than fresh, and the fries were the fat kind without much seasoning rather than the shoestring fries with lots of seasoning they used to give. I still ate it and it was all right, but I can cook better. I go to BRGR and pay $10 for a burger that's a lot better than what I can make. I'll definitely go back, but if it's still Meh, I might stop. And P.S. Louis Wine Dive was overpriced, way too loud, and had very limited gluten free options. I will never go back there.

Fast Cow is the one. Every time. Maybe, definitely the best unconventional burger I have ever had. I am sure every other burger they have is great as well but the Fast Cow is my go to.

I can't believe it took us this long to eat here. I've wanted to go here for some time and never make it. Well, not today! We stopped in for lunch and plan on definitely coming back! Our server was excellent. The food was delicious. I recommend that more people eat here!
